Will not be returning and do not recommend unless you have 3 hours to kill.
I booked an appointment for 2 people at 2pm. We got there, chose our colours and the nail estician started shortly after. I requested a pedicure with regular polish ($30) and shallac manicure with marble design on all nails ($50).
My pedicure was great, no complaints there. The nail estician was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the results. Halfway through my pedicure, another estician started on my manicure (cleaning it up/ filing/ cutting etc). When they finished with my pedicure at 3pm, I was told to have a seat and they will start my manicure shortly.
40 minutes later...
I asked how much longer the wait would be, explaining I did not want to make my cousin to wait for me. I was told it would be a few minutes and guaranteed they could finish my nails the same time as my cousins only if I do no designs; only 2 out of the 10 staff on site know how to draw designs.
Why wasn’t I told this 2 hours ago, when I initially requested marble ??
The nail estician finished with my cousin, then proceeded to start on MINE. Meaning, I would be there for another hour while my cousin sat waiting for me.
I am furious!! I decided to just cancel my nails as it was now 4pm and I did not plan on being there for 3 hours.
The ladies tried to convince me to just do polish with no design , I might have considered it if they told me an hour ago but this is just ridiculous and very inconsiderate.
In the end I left after being there for 2 hours and was still charged $20 for my half-assed “manicure”.
Definately will not be returning ; my search continues for a decent nail spot in the Kleinburg area.

Here’s the thing — I’ve never had a shellac manicure last as long and as perfectly as the one you receive here. It’s very worth the money - you can literally keep your manicure going for a whole month or more without one chip. It’s also beautiful and clean. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is this vibe there — as if it’s a club of members that only receive the best of the best and are treated in a more friendly manner if they are in the club. If you’re not in the club, it’s a quiet and lonely 1hr you’ll be spending while getting the best mani/pedi of your life. 🤷🏼♀️

Pretentious for what it is. Yes they do real gel nails and they look great! But I can get the same look for half the price somewhere else. Also, they only take cash which seems sketchy to me and is really inconvenient. What I hate most is that if I forget my YSL bag at home then I have to wait an hour even with an appointment. The very obvious discrimination is disgusting.

Amazing service and nail salon. Expensive but not worth the money. Suggestion's try to run on time with appointments, it can be annoying to wait every time when your always on time. Also charge the same price every time I would always get gel, shellac and no design and every time the price was different. Winning an award means nothing you will eventually loose it if you don't work on customer service. Carol & Anthony make your clients happy, happy client = more business.

doctors office, don't you wait there, I said NO, not 45 minutes, and then
answering personnel calls with one hand and trying to do my nails at the same time. Anthony you are far from a doctor. When you go for a haircut/dentist/ massage/or other service industry,
you make an appointment and you follow protocol when someone is late you either cancel or reschedule that person and you do not make your other client wait and not advise them, This is not proper etiquette.

The most amazing nail salon ever!!!
The owners and their team are exceptional!! Best customer service ever! Everyone that works there is genuine, kind, attentive and extremely nice.

The owners and their team are exceptional!! Best customer service ever! Everyone that works there is genuine, kind, attentive and extremely nice.
As for the work... it speaks for itself. The attention to detail is phenomenal! Sooo many colours to chose from... including regular polish, shellac and bio-gel.
As for what one reviewer previously posted... all the staff speak English. And do not speak behind your back. The salon is NOT filled with only white people. There are many different people and cultures that come to this salon. What a false review from that girl (Juli Yoo Lillianne Pick).... SMH.
I absolutely highly recommend this salon. Especially if you are looking for the best service, nails, and staff!

I had only been there 3 times was going to go back for the 4th. 1st time a gentlemen name Jimmy did my nails. Paid attention to my nails and was very detailed took about 2hrs though. Seemed like a nice modern place to continue to go to and professional environment. I paid $80 for biogel full set. 2nd appointment I booked I paid $60 for the same thing. I was confused on how they where coming up with prices? (Cant complain i paid less the 2nd time for the same detailed nails). 3rd time I booked, I booked 3 pedicures for 3 people. I came in, the wife said i did not book for 3 people i only booked for 2. She accommodated us since 3 of us was there but her reaction to Her mistake was not professional. She told an employee to add another pedi after i told her again i booked for 3 people. When we where leaving to pay we apologized for any miscommunication then she apologized.
Was going to come back for the 4th time but when I called to make 1 appointment a day before, for my mother in law which the wife stated it was booked in the system. The next day she came in, No appointment was in their system. That was extremely disappointing. I was very upset because that was a gift for her and it did not happen. I understand it was busy but "somehow" the app. I made was not there. How did that happen? I remembered booking the app. They probably over booked/over lapped? I have lost complete trust in them. Clearly Nails At Anthony only take clients who want to do and pay more ATM. You can tell they cater majority to white people. If you do decide to go there, try to go when its not busy then maybe they will pay attention to you.

Decent nails, but lady was kind of rude. She acted as if I couldn't afford the nails I was asking for, and continued to tell me that I didn't want gel nails when I did. I told her I did but she kept telling me it was $50. I told her it wasn't a problem. I wouldn't go back unless in a pinch.

This is the worst place I've ever been for nails. I am a certified nail tech and I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure here but ended up leaving. I've never left a place before but this is an expensive salon who is completely unsanitary and should be shut down. They reuse everything that MUST be disposed of from files, to buffers and even the pumice blocks. My heath is more important than pretty toes! I'm not asking much to follow proper sanitation and disinfection standards... Too bad there are no laws for nail salons, which is unfortunate because then places like this would be held responsible for putting their clients health and safety in jeopardy.

beautiful establishment. Looks great, gorgeous decor. We came in a group of 6 and they were able to let us all have services done at the same time. That was nice. 4 of us got shellac manis and pedicures. I have had shellac MANY times before. No clue what they do (I was told extra coats????) but it ruined my nails. They had to be peeled and scraped to get it all off. And yes, my normal salon used the exact same process that the woman on the phone from Anthony's told me they do. The whole point of shellac is to not ruin your nails. I won't be back. Pretty on the surface but questionable application.

I wrote a long review and it was deleted before I clicked submit.Anyways - again- I took my friend here as a treat.Walked in to very friendly women. Decor was splendid. This is not your NiceoneNails, not your RegalNails, this is not a chain - it is amazingly unique and posh.Clientele were high end - but nails are nails. I took my friend for a pedicure. There were an array of types of pedicures, everything from a milk and honey massage, to a scrub massage..etc.I got him the classic pedi. He seemd to like it. Prices are on average and on par with other salons but if you want to upgrade to a better service it will be more.He liked it, and I asked him if it was better than any other pedicure. He said regular.One thing I saw and I did not like, was that when I came back to check on his pedicure, I saw the worker use the razor like grater on his heel, then drop it on the ground and go back to massaging his foot. Usually they have stations they keep the tools at, not just drop it on the ground...so that made me feel weird.Lets see.

I booked an appointment for 2 people at 2pm. We got there, chose our colours and the nail estician started shortly after. I requested a pedicure with regular polish ($30) and shallac manicure with marble design on all nails ($50).
My pedicure was great, no complaints there. The nail estician was very friendly and made sure I was happy with the results. Also, they only take cash which seems sketchy to me and is really inconvenient. What I hate most is that if I forget my YSL bag at home then I have to wait an hour even with an appointment. Amazing service and nail salon. Expensive but not worth the money. Suggestion's try to run on time with appointments, it can be annoying to wait every time when your always on time. Also charge the same price every time I would always get gel, shellac and no design and every time the price was different. As for the work... it speaks for itself. The attention to detail is phenomenal! Sooo many colours to chose from... including regular polish, shellac and bio-gel.
