Do not go here unless you want something basic, because that’s all they apparently know how to do. I made an appointment for my acrylic refill, and told them what I wanted (an ombré French manicure). No problem. When I came in, I showed Sam the picture (which I dropped below) and she made some excuse about not having an airbrush because it could get on their table. Kind of ridiculous, but I went along with it. I asked for just a regular pink and white French manicure, which they agreed to. Sam had to take the white tip halfway up the nail to hide my natural nail (which was very visible underneath the acrylic forms), and I was fine with that. The thing that bothers me is, my natural nail is still very visible underneath some of the forms. And to top it all off, some of my nails are crooked, a few of them have traces of shellac from my previous set (which were very noticeable, as they were black), there are indents between the old form and the refill on some of the nails, the white shellac looks streaky on a few nails, and one of the nails has a hair trapped onto it. ALSO, Sam was not completely focused on my nails, as she was answering the phone because apparently the shop doesn’t have a receptionist. This experience was absolutely terrible, and I would not trust Sam with anything but a basic manicure. The only reason I haven’t rated this as 1 star is because I’ve had my nails done by Sue and Sylvia before and they did an absolutely amazing job. This one experience, however, was a complete waste of money, and I would not advise anyone to go here if they have any sort of fake nail.

They were able to fit me in last minute. The nail was nice and the technician are very knowledgable. Esp t and Sam. Sam did my eye brow wax as well and I can say I am not disappointed. Will be back for more services. Everything in total cost me about 53 (3 for fake nail on one of my broken nail) and 8 bucks for waxing. I am a happy client !

Needed to get my nails done before a trip and I went here this morning on family day. There was already a few people getting their nails done at 10am. I've been here around 3 years ago as I don't get my nails done often. The place is spacious and clean, there is about 5 employees and they were all really sweet. They were patient and gentle, and I am happy with the shellac results.The price is really good for just shellac, I don't get my nails done often but I would definitely go here again whenever I need mine done.

Honestly as a customer for over 3 years...you cannot go wrong with Liz's nails, they DO speak in their language as they work but they ALWAYS give off good vibes and welcoming energy regardless what language they are speaking and regardless who they're speaking with . Every business has off days here and there ...those days DO NOT define their quality of work, i get shellac pedicures ALL THE TIME that last me FRESH for 3-4 weeks- personally i do not do shellac on my finger nails because as a competitive boxer my hands are always in gloves and working out which causes them to get banged up and ruined here and there WHICH IS EXPECTED!... These women that are commenting below are ONLY trying to bring a genuine business down for HONEST mistakes that DO happen sometimes.
I have NEVER seen dusty tools or dirty scrubbers, i have sent over 6 people to this place and every single person is a REGULAR CUSTOMER today.

This is a VERY BAD business and needs to be shut down! They are disgusting poor excuse for human being who do not care about their customers.
My SHELLAC started chipping off after 2-3 days which I've never seen and the colour started looking extremely dirty. I could not go to the salon right away. And call. I got the run around when I was not even asking for a free service but just a refill and fix up without having to pay for the shellac this time!
I hope they go out of business very unprofessional and freaking rude always speaking in their language as of the customer did not matter. YUCK!!

Don't fall for the reviews. The place is filthy. In my hour and a half that I was there for a pedicure, I observed 0 cleaning. Everything is dusty. The chairs for pedicures are worn with holes, the nail file she used on me was white but had brown discoloration, the foot file still had skin on it from a previous client, and the one she used on me was gently rinsed in my foot soaking water and set to dry for the next lucky client! The clippers and nippers were on a dish that had a thick Gray layer of water buildup I guess, so those were probably also not sanitized.
The price is good, the girls are nice, and there is ample parking, but the lack of sanitation is not worth it. P.s. they cleaned the foot basins with regular soap, the same they use for soaking your feet.

This is my second time coming to this salon and I think I will make it my usual spot from now on. The staff is wonderful and they are doing a great job! I had a manicure done perfectly and then I've noticed that all the girls have wonderfully shaped eyebrows so I decided to try their eyebrow waxing and tinting service. Sam did an incredible job. I love my eyebrows! I keep looking in the mirror non-stop. Thank you! Will definitely come back for more.

I was on my way to try a new nail place far away because i'm very picky about my nails. My appointment was during a snow storm and couldn't make it but the next day I was leaving on vacation and needed my nails done. I knew there was a nail salon in this plaza and it was close just I wasn't so comfortable going to a new place without reading about it because of past experiences. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly lady who helped me right away. My nails were done quick and the price was very good, my acrylics have stayed on for 4 weeks and no damage at all! I would recommend this place 10/10 and i'm for sure coming back.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!My mother has been going there for 10 years and I just went for the first time last week. I liked it, BUT.. I needed to get my nails done for my work Christmas party that is literally happening tomorrow, and I took an APPOINTMENT for today. When I got there today, they were all busy with WALK-INS and said I had to wait 20-30 minutes. No apology, no nothing!! Even when I blatantly walked out!Congratulations, they just lost a 10-year customer and all our friends to whom we recommended this horrible place..Seriously people, go elsewhere even if you have to pay a little bit more! Who needs this kind of stress on a Thursday night??

I came this nail salon the other day and the lady who painted my nails did an amazing job. The polish I chose looked like Shellac when it dried on my nails. The price is definitely right as well.The only thing I didn't like about this salon was the dust that was on many of the surfaces. I had to dust the area below the nail dryer and it also felt a little greasy. I hope they see this review and begin to dust and disinfect the surfaces customers touch while in the salon.If you are looking to get a quick manicure in the area, I would recommend this salon. The service was great and it was an okay experience. If dust bugs you, I would recommend you go someplace else.At this salon, a traditional manicure is $15.00 and a Shellac Manicure is $30.00.

Ive been to many nail salons.. but I must say, nobody so far has compared to this place. The girls who work there actually speak english which is great and the service is friendly.The girls who work there take their time to make sure your nails are to your liking and i am always satisfied with my nails after i leave -- they have lasted a lot longer than other places.The one thing that sometimes annoys me is they don't take credit cards which can be a little inconvenient. But overall, great place and it has now become my go-to place for my nails

Now i've been to many nail salons in my lifetime. Being referred to Liz Nails by my friends was probably the best thing to have ever happened.
I am very picky when it comes to nail salons being hygienic and employees speaking in their own languages while working on my nails.
However, at Liz Nails, i was greeted by a extremely friendly woman named Kim. I indicated i wanted Shellac done and perhaps a Pedicure as well.
Other than the fact that the woman working on my nails was gentle and absolutely amazing, this nail salon used a LED light instead of UV lights. During my conversation, Kim indicated that the salon is in the process of purchasing additional LED lights to use and eventually phase out the usage of UV lights.
I thought this was absolutely incredible. Most nail salons i've been to are usually all about making profits, while Liz Nails wanted to ensure their clients are using the highest quality products that are better for them.
The customer service was excellent, i love my nails, and the prices are amazing too!
Liz nails has become my GO TO Nail Salon!

It's very surprising to see bad reviews for this place because I've never had a bad experience going to Liz Nails. Liz Nails has done my nails many times and they've always done a great job. They've got great customer service and do an amazing job on my nails no matter what I've asked for.

This is a VERY BAD business and needs to be shut down! They are disgusting poor excuse for human being who do not care about their customers.
My SHELLAC started chipping off after 2-3 days which I've never seen and the colour started looking extremely dirty. I could not go to the salon right away. And call. I got the run around when I was not even asking for a free service but just a refill and fix up without having to pay for the shellac this time!
I hope they go out of business very unprofessional and freaking rude always speaking in their language as of the customer did not matter. YUCK!!

Don't fall for the reviews. The place is filthy. In my hour and a half that I was there for a pedicure, I observed 0 cleaning. Everything is dusty. The chairs for pedicures are worn with holes, the nail file she used on me was white but had brown discoloration, the foot file still had skin on it from a previous client, and the one she used on me was gently rinsed in my foot soaking water and set to dry for the next lucky client! This is my second time coming to this salon and I think I will make it my usual spot from now on. The staff is wonderful and they are doing a great job! I had a manicure done perfectly and then I've noticed that all the girls have wonderfully shaped eyebrows so I decided to try their eyebrow waxing and tinting service. Sam did an incredible job. I was on my way to try a new nail place far away because i'm very picky about my nails. My appointment was during a snow storm and couldn't make it but the next day I was leaving on vacation and needed my nails done. I knew there was a nail salon in this plaza and it was close just I wasn't so comfortable going to a new place without reading about it because of past experiences. When I got there I was greeted by a very friendly lady who helped me right away. My nails were done quick and the price was very good, my acrylics have stayed on for 4 weeks and no damage at all! I would recommend this place 10/10 and i'm for sure coming back.

The price is definitely right as well.The only thing I didn't like about this salon was the dust that was on many of the surfaces. I had to dust the area below the nail dryer and it also felt a little greasy.
