They change the prices when you pay. Their website prices apparently dont apply. I even asked what the cost was before and then was given a different price when I went to pay. They said the price went up and it was an extra $10 for polish. What nail service doesn’t include polish?? Just another shady, rip off nail place as far as I’m concerned.

Came here for a pedicure with a friend for the first time, completely dissatisfied by the service. Lady was unprofessional and very rude. She was also sick and kept coughing on me. Two second massage....
Came here for a pedicure with a friend for the first time, completely dissatisfied by the service. Lady was unprofessional and very rude. She was also sick and kept coughing on me. Two second massage. Very rushed job. Toe already chipped. Massage chair wouldn't work properly, was never asked if I am ok or what shape I would like. I was given what she wanted to do as I reccomded a colour I got an eye roll. Friend was there and saw too. We couldn't believe the attitude received for no reason at all. Lady was also very rough with me. We will not be back here ever again and will not reccomend this place to other ladies in the area.

unless you’re a regular customer do not bother coming here. The manicurist was very rude, and I’m not high maintenance. She kept huffing and puffing and looked inconvenienced. She wouldn’t answer my questions, she was just all silent. My nails look awful they’re different lengths and some stick out! I don’t get my nails done often but I’m not coming back here.

The absolute BEST nail spa I've ever been to. They don't rush you through like some places. They are clean and organized. There is no strong smell of chemicals. All the ladies are extreamly friendly and get to know you. They offer more than just traditional manicures and pedicures you can get a full spa experience with hot stone massage and more. Perfect to treat yourself or loved ones.

Always my ‘go to’ for my manis-pedis ... the team here is amazing and after being with them from almost the day they opened I feel it’s more than my ‘nail spa’. Always lots of smiles and laughter.

I love this place! Every time I leave, I'm always satisfied with the quality of work. Not many nail stores emphasize on quality. My shellac is always on point and so is my biogel. They make it so it's thin, nicely shaped, they clean underneath the nails too.

1) Saying that they are rude is an understatement. Even though the won't say it in English they make it obvious that they are talking and laughing at you. This wasn't directed at me but it was so noticeable that it caught my attention.
2) a friend and I had both had pedicures done. When it was time to pay he charged my friend $40 and and $42 for me. When asked why I was being charged $2 more he couldn't answer. He was probably hoping that I wouldn't notice and just tap my debit card. If I could rate this place -5 out of 5 I would.

They change the prices when you pay. Their website prices apparently dont apply. I even asked what the cost was before and then was given a different price when I went to pay. Came here for a pedicure with a friend for the first time, completely dissatisfied by the service. Lady was unprofessional and very rude. She was also sick and kept coughing on me. Two second massage. Very rushed job. Toe already chipped. Massage chair wouldn't work properly, was never asked if I am ok or what shape I would like. She wouldn’t answer my questions, she was just all silent. My nails look awful they’re different lengths and some stick out! I don’t get my nails done often but I’m not coming back here.

All the ladies are extreamly friendly and get to know you. They offer more than just traditional manicures and pedicures you can get a full spa experience with hot stone massage and more. 1) Saying that they are rude is an understatement. Even though the won't say it in English they make it obvious that they are talking and laughing at you. This wasn't directed at me but it was so noticeable that it caught my attention.
