Today was my first experience here. I have to say that the place is very clean and all staff were very friendly....however, knowing that a pedicure was $25, a price that I was happy to pay, I was them told by Lin that it was an extra $10 to scrape the dead skin off of my heals. I have had many pedicures and dealing with the heals were always part of a standard pedicure price. I really do feel that I was unfairly taken advantage of with the upgraded price. What aggravated me more is that being a guy they did not have to paint my toes so they save times and materials there! Too bad as everything else was very good but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.

I've been going to Twins Nails for waxing services for almost 10 years now and I won't go anywhere else. I've moved out of town and still will travel into to this salon. Very accommodating scheduling, friendly environment and extremely fast and painless waxing service.

Very disappointed in the end result. I got a dip gel manicure a couple weeks ago and it took over 2 hours in order for them to make my nails look presentable as there were many complications/errors throughout that time frame. I’m not sure if it was the product itself that was faulty or if the nail tech was applying it incorrectly at the time. But by the second day, the top coat was peeling off and in the next week the gel was popping off near my cuticle area. I was very excited to try this place out, since I live locally, but I definitely won’t be going back.

I went here for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure and I have to say that I am pleased. This is the cleanest I have ever seen a nail establishment, it smells greats, and seem luxurious. ...
I went here for the first time today for a manicure and pedicure and I have to say that I am pleased. This is the cleanest I have ever seen a nail establishment, it smells greats, and seem luxurious. I have never seen a nail tech take off acrylic nails in a way that does not do much damage to my real nails until today; their work is very well done and they really put their time into every customer and pay attention to detail. This being said, I would definitely make an appointment before getting services at this establishment. It was a Friday evening when I went and I have an appointment for 4:00 and didn't end up getting started until around 4:40- I did not mind as I was not in a rush, and there was free wifi and tea! When making an appointment for a Friday especially, I would expect at least another half hour of a wait. One more critique I have is that I got shellac and there was some sticky suff on my hands after it was all said and done. Not a big deal and I am still overwhelmingly impressed with Twins Nails & Spa.

My shellac manicure lasts the longest from here!! All staff are awesome! I've been going here for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. I recommend this place to everyone :)

Quality was seriously dissapointing, shaved my own nails down to nothing and cut me 4 times, two which bled. $65.00 for gel nails - when I asked for UV, they gave me bio gel and didn't say a word about the price difference.
I'm happy to pay a premium for good service, but I will NEVER go back here again.

Today was my first experience here. I have to say that the place is very clean and all staff were very friendly....however, knowing that a pedicure was $25, a price that I was happy to pay, I was them told by Lin that it was an extra $10 to scrape the dead skin off of my heals. I have had many pedicures and dealing with the heals were always part of a standard pedicure price. I really do feel that I was unfairly taken advantage of with the upgraded price. What aggravated me more is that being a guy they did not have to paint my toes so they save times and materials there! Too bad as everything else was very good but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.

Very disappointed in the end result. I got a dip gel manicure a couple weeks ago and it took over 2 hours in order for them to make my nails look presentable as there were many complications/errors throughout that time frame.
