It took 2 hours to do my manicure and pedicure, because they were done consecutively instead of concurrently, even though sufficient staff was available to do everything at the same time. This is inefficient and annoying, especially when a customer the staff recognized did receive concurrent service. Also, pay very close attention to their price list as they provided me with a service without clarifying that it came at an extra charge from what I had asked for.

One of the staff did the best best best job!!!:) She has done very neat and amazing job!! Also other staff were very nice to me, they ask me if i want to have some water, candy etc :) I will definitely come back here again!!!!!:) High quality customer services!!!!!

I went in for a shellac manicure and had a little bit of peeling on a couple of my nails two days later. So, I called and asked for a touch up and they scheduled me to come in the next day no question...
I went in for a shellac manicure and had a little bit of peeling on a couple of my nails two days later. So, I called and asked for a touch up and they scheduled me to come in the next day no questions asked. Kae did a fantastic job and redid my entire manicure for no charge. All the ladies are very sweet and helpful. This place has great service and an immaculately clean and calm atmosphere compared to most salons I've been too. It's relaxing and quiet, and the little touches like the hot towels and the mini back rub make it all the more enjoyable. This is definitely my go to chain of nail salons. I would definitely recommend it! My one criticism is if you want to get any sort of pattern (i.e. not just solid colour) like a french or modified french, you have to say so when you book your appointment so you get a more experienced manicurist to attend to your appointment.
Update: I've been going this summer and last to get eyelash extensions done here as well, and they do an amazing job with them. Not too expensive and a great result every time. Again, they are super helpful and kind, if there are any problems at all they are quick to fix it! 10/10 would recommend!

Been here three times in the past few months. Was extremely happy with the mani/pedi the first two times....should have gotten the names of the ladies that did the work on me. As one reviewer mentioned, they also give a really relaxing neck massage while the pedi was drying.
The third time however, I had a guy who did my mani instead of one of the ladies (again, it would have helped if I read reviews of this place beforehand). This was a really bad experience and for that reason, I would not go back or recommend. I ended up getting small cuts that looked like paper cuts one most of my fingers and I didn't realize it until later after leaving the salon when I was washing my hands and it stung :( The cuts were most likely from the buffing machine. If you decide to go, get one of the ladies to do the work on you.

They did a wonderful job with my mani/pedi. Which also included a nice massage on my legs and feet. She also did a neck massage while I was waiting for my toes to dry. Very friendly ladies

I have been going here for four years mainly for waxing and nails. The place is always clean. The staff is very friendly and take pride in their work. All of them are good for manicure and pedicure. For waxing ask for Tina. You can make an appointment or just walk in and someone is always willing to help. Overall, always a great experience here!

Ive been here a couple of times, the girls are very nice and do a decent job. However I am finding the mani-pedi hasnt been lasting as long the last time I went. As well, the whole booking system has been confusing. I booked online and I was told not to rely on the online system, (why would they have it if it's not useful?), then when I would call, the phone line would be busy. Most likely will no longer return due to the chaos of booking. I had a better mani-pedi from Nancy's across the street.

I recently got my nails done at the Pinky Nails Davisville location. It was my first time going to this salon after reading all the positive reviews. The staff were very pleasant, but unfortunately the actual service was very poor. I got the bio gel nail extension set. My nails were not properly manicured before hand (no cuticle maintenance, etc.), the guy who was doing my nails cut each of my fingers while using the electric buffing machine. This resulted in paper cut like marks left on EACH finger, which I noticed when I got home, washed my hands, and experienced a burning sensation. When the gel was eventually applied, he applied two very very thin coats of the gel, which eventually resulted in 5 of my nails breaking off within 2 days while doing minor daily tasks. I've been getting gel nails for years at a different salon and my nails can last for a month through everything you could possibly think would typically break your nails. Finally the nail polish was applied poorly resulting in a messy and incomplete finish. When I called to complain they offered me a gift card so I can go to a different location and hope for much better service.

Disappointed with my first visit here. Had shellac mani and regular pedi for a wedding. Mani was fine; pedi took over an hour--at the one hour mark I was able to start the drying process--and ended up streaky and uneven on the edges. Pedi supposed to take 45 mins total. Don't feel at all like I got my $80 worth. Won't be returning.

Went here with my mom and sister to get mani and pedis the day before my wedding. I got gel extensions for my bridal nails which turned out gorgeous, done by Tina, and when one of them fell off, she fixed it free of charge. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and relaxing. They have a little coffee station too. Take advantage of their gift cards too, if you buy one they load it with a little more money than what you paid for it.

Lovely place. I had a great experience at this nail salon. Really beautiful and clean atmosphere. They threw in a shoulder massage when my pedicure was drying. Will definitely come back

It took 2 hours to do my manicure and pedicure, because they were done consecutively instead of concurrently, even though sufficient staff was available to do everything at the same time. This is inefficient and annoying, especially when a customer the staff recognized did receive concurrent service.
