Fantastic first experience at Mix. When I called to book an appointment the receptionist was very helpful in answering my questions about the services and finding a time that worked well for me. Nancy, who did my full leg wax, was very thorough and meticulous when waxing. I have very fair hair and often I find missed patches of hair after waxing - but not this time. She did a great job of preparing the skin which helped the wax adhere to the hair rather than the skin. The wax was good on my sensitive skin and she had great technique which minimized the pain of waxing. Not only did she do a great job of the service but she was also friendly and helpful. I asked her a lot about the business and their products and she was happy to discuss it with me. She helped me choose a product that will help with the ingrown hairs I get. My first visit at mix beauty lab is that the ambience is nice and very relaxing. The lovely stuff are very compassionate about there customers in how they treat them. They always help out the things you need by giving some samples that might help you before you buy them and they make you feel special everytime you come by. For me that's there assets. I tried most of the service(s) and products that they give and it's worth trying . I really don't mind spending much for something that is worth it in the end . I'm very happy and satisfied customer.
