Habituée des salons en France, j'ai voulu tester une après-midi fille avec une amie installée proche de ce salon de manucure, je ne trouve pas de mot pour dire à quel point j'ai été déçu, c'est même a la limite de l inadmissible ! Nous y sommes allées pour nous faire une manucure et une pédicure. La manucure n'est pas très bien faite quant à la pédicure ce fût une grande histoire ! Déjà, j'ai pu remarquer qu'après notre passage dans les bacs, ces derniers ne sont pas désinfectés, on vous reçois à la chaine donc on prend pas la peine de bien vous installer. Lorsque nous sommes rentrés chez nous nous sommes aperçues que nos ongles de pieds n'avait pas été assez séchés, alors que nous avions attendu que l'ont nous dise de remettre nos chaussures pour pas abîmer notre manucure, donc nous avions de gros pâtés de vernis. Nous avons téléphoné et la patronne nous a dit de revenir avec nos tongs. Pour mon amie, la personne n'a pas retrouvé le vernis qui lui avait été posé 1h avant donc elle lui en à fait choisir une autre, elle n'a pas pris la peine de retirer l'ancienne couleur mais lui a posé la nouvelle directement sur l'ancienne, quant à moi vu les gros patés elle n'a pas eu le choix que de retirer et remettre le vernis. Comme nous sommes revenues à 19h15, je précise à la demande de la patronne, on nous à mis à la porte 15min plus tard sans vérifier que la pose était sèche mais le summum c'est qu'avec -2° dehors on nous à fait sortir en claquette pieds nus en nous disant que c'était courant de faire ça ici ! Le lendemain nous y sommes retourner pour nous plaindre et demander un geste commercial. La patronne a été exécrable parce que nous l'avions dérangé et que nous osions nous plaindre de son mauvais service. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. La patronne devrait revoir sa manière de fonctionner, ce n'est pas une manière recevoir des clients surtout que ma copine était une habituée. A première vue elle paraît accueillante, mais elle est tout le contraire ! En clair, c'est un salon à fuir si vous souhaitez être bien reçu et avoir une bonne prestation.
