My facial was done by Michael and prior to the actual facial he did a very thorough analysis of my skin and what areas of my face needed attention the most. Visiting Toronto from Manhattan, a friend recommended Madison Beauty Spa. I can't thank her enough for leading me here! I have enjoyed three excellent manicures here so far.  Each visit, the  service from start to finish has been impeccable. The owner, Peter is a delight and the staff are knowledgable, professional and put you immediately at ease. The space is extremely clean and calming, beautifully designed. I have been to this salon on a few occasions, both at their old address and when they moved a couple doors down to where they are now.  I really wanted to love this salon, as I have been desperately searching for a quality manicure & pedicure at a decent price in the neighborhood.  On both occasions I left sorely disappointed and wishing I hadn't shelled out my hard earned cash for a "manicure/pedicure" that would up being little more than a polish change.The short (too short) neck and back massage I received while waiting for my nails to dry felt awkward at first (as if the owners of the salon forced their estheticians into offering it to their patrons as a value ad), but was somewhat relaxing a couple minutes in - and then came to an all too sudden end.All in all, my search for the perfect nail bar in the hood continues....
