It was my first time at LTS today & I was very impressed with their service. I got a Brazilian wax and meni/pedi. They were very nice, customer service oriented and clean. I had a great experiences at this place. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. I would say It is hidden Gem in Young and Eglinton. I have tried couple of places and I believe this is the best one I found it so far. The best part of this place is you get more for less price. I got coffin shaped nails and they are so so gorgeous. The guy who did my nails was so nice and let me in even though they were closing soon because I'd travelled a long way and I had an event the next day. I made mistake of going to another salon to have my nails done for my wedding. The nail tech at the other salon ignored my wishes and gave me nail extensions that were way too long. I am very pleased to say LTS nails is a salon I will go back to. They were more than just a regular nail salon but cared for every detail and to help you pick the right nail colour (important when you have a wedding to go the next day). I was the last customer and happen to make them stay late on a Friday night. Best Brazilian wax I have ever gotten (I've gotten many!) Lilly was amazingly fast and gentle! Usually I get very sensitive after a wax but I must say it was the most comfortable I've ever felt! I just got back from getting acrylics and they turned out really well! Everyone there is super nice and the guy (the owner?) who did my nails kept asking to make sure he was doing them the way I wanted which I appreciate. The only downside is that the people who worked there were talking to each other in a foreign language, but that didn't bother me. LTS is great they're professional friendly and do an amazing job with manicures, pedicures and even waxing. I've never been unsatisfied with their services. I've recommended them to my friends and they love LTS. I can't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done as well as the woman who does it there. Honestly, no one has done as good of a job with my shellac as LTS has. Love them! The rascist negative reviews are ridiculous. Sound like children wrote them. Read Less

On Christmas Eve, while running around trying to find a place who will do my nails--LTS did them right away without an appointment after I tried NailSense, Joy Nails and Nail by Design.It was my first time getting acrylic nails and Ling was so kind, talkative and helpful. He spent a good hour on my nails giving me a French manicure and made me feel like a goddess. I live around the corner from LTS Nails and I go here religiously. Comfortable salon, excellent pedicures, amazing shellac manicures that last up to 3 weeks, very lovely and attentive staff. Ling runs the show and he's awesome, but his wife Tu and all the staff are super nice. Kick back in a massage chair, watch TV and enjoy the hospitality. Five stars! Read Less
