Amanda did my lash lift + tint and it turned out amazing despite my tiny little gap that happened from a stupid eyelash curler:( she was very nice and explained the entire process of everything from me. Went there to do my eyebrows , I was very excited to have it done by professional! Unfortunately I was very disappointed, they made my eye browns very dark and thick. I looked like a freak. I had a lash lift with Rachel, and a manicure with Kara at the Beauty Room, and I had a fantastic experience with both! I have very short, straight lashes and Rachel took exceptional care to ensure that I got a natural curl, and separated each lash to ensure that they would not cross. The result is that my eyes look much more opened and that my lashes look great. I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure because my eyes are really sensitive and water quite a bit, but this process was a breeze. Will definitely return, and get a lash tint as well. Sushma is a nail god. I'll come with a crazy design idea and she'll execute it to perfection. I always get compliments and questions of what salon I go to when I've had my nails done by her!! And my nails are always in perfect condition when I get my shellac removed..strong and healthy. (They don't use a nail file on top of the nail which is important to me because many other places have ruined my nails that way.) The cuticle oil is extremely helpful. Amanda is a gem. She w...as the only person that I trusted for my brows and eyelashes for a loooong time (until she trained Rachel and Kathy who also do an amazing job). She will take in your colouring, face shape and create the perfect brow shape and colour to perfectly compliment you and make everyone envious of your perfect brows. I would still look like I didn't have eyebrows if it wasn't for her (fair skin, blonde brows.) Had multiple bad experiences here. The lash lift did not hold, and didn't turn out good. Not to mention customer service was not good, and the interaction of the employees with customers was awful. I had a lash lift with Amanda and I will definitely be back!  The first time I got a lash life (at another salon in Toronto), I wasn't satisfied with the results. One eye was "curlier" than the other and it only lasted about 2 weeks. The BEST place to go for facials!! I also get my waxing and nails done here. You can also get your hair done on site at L Studio as well.. My polish would usually last for a while (sometimes up to 3 weeks) except for a few occasions.
