Fantastic service at Ana's Nails! When I go, I get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and they always do such an amazing job. I came in last Sat for gel/shillac taken off n manicure. They have lots and lots of colours available- more than any nail salon I have visited. Interestingly there are more male customers getting pedicure done here than other places too. The technician is good and the receptionist/manager is so so lovely. I'm impressed that she greeted me by name and still remembered it the rest of my visit. She noticed a scratch on one of my fingers and without hesitation find a band-aid for me. At the end she helped me to wear my jacket, scarf and open the door for me. I mean, who does that anymore? She probably can not do that for all customers given how busy they are sometimes, but anyway that day I left their salon with a big smile. I've been here a few times now, and it's for sure my favourite place in the city.The staff are really lovely, and they clearly work hard to do a fantastic job! I have been coming to Ana's nail boutique for almost 2 years now and i can honestly say it is the best nail salon in Toronto. They do an amazing job on shellac and they have a huge variety of colors. There is honestly no place like this and their prices are amazing too. I am extremely picky in terms of my nails to be done Perfectly, and this is the way Alana has them done. She is the best. She knows me so well she picks the colors for me every time i come in. She knows all her clients by name. The new location at Islington is just beautiful and spacious. Super clean, super friendly. They will go out of their way to make you happy. The staff there are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I want to say special Thank you for my today's visit and my new Holographic Chrome nails. It is a brand new trend where the powder is being used on top of the gel leaving the nails look unrealistically gorgeous and eye-catching. Quality of nails sucks.. broke after 2 days brand new set. Go to get fixed and he tells me that they don't have time because another appointment is coming in 5 mins and it takes 20 to fix. Could it hurt told me he didn't have time right now or if they really cared made a way to make it work. What kind of customer service is that. After searching high and low for the perfect shallac manicure, I found it at Ana's nails. This place checks all the boxes. All the ladies there are super sweet, it's reasonably priced, clean, huge selection of colours and they do a fantastic job. What more could you ask for? I've now been here 6 or 7 times and will never go looking for another nail salon. I usually try to stretch a shellac manicure 2.5-3 weeks and even by week 3 I have no chipping. Ana's Nail Boutique & Spa recently took up residence in the now (sadly) defunct Vivid Nails.I walked in around 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday hoping to get a manicure and pedicure but, surprisingly, they were jammed packed all day. For me, that was a good sign as they had at least eight technicians onsite that day. For those of you that may have been to Vivid, you would be surprised of the huge makeover. It's very modern, has an vast selection of polish, appears to be clean and they offer the same prices as Vivid.Anyway, I made an appointment and returned a week later for a pedicure. They were so friendly, the massage chairs were a dream and the technician spent one hour in total with my pedicure. What I really appreciated was that they did not have any loud and obnoxious screaming matches in Vietnamese like many other places. They made certain that my nails were completely dry prior to leaving. Before the gratuity, I paid $25 cash for the pedicure.I should also mention that they offer a loyalty program. After seven visits when you spend $25 or more, you can redeem for one of the following three services: manicure; eyebrow shaping or tinting; or 15-minute hand or foot massage.I definitely plan to return and will update accordingly.
