Hi ladies and gentlemenI've been to this 99 Nails twice. The first time I went I went to have my eyebrows done I could feel where she was waxing and plucking and I immediately told her to stop I looked at my one eyebrow that she had already done and said forget it I'm out of here I had to wait for it to all grow back in. So I thought I won't go back for that. I took my daughter her friend and myself in for a pedicure in January of this year. I thought okay not great at eyebrows may be okay at pedicures. They said they could take all three of us at the same time which they lied and did not, by the time I figured out what was going on it was too late. As well she sprained my toe, burnt my feet with boiling hot water in the tub, when she was scrubbing my feet she got good skin and scraped me all to hell. I was talking to my daughter and all the sudden the bottom of my foot was on fire she was putting a hot rock on the bottom of my foot which burned it I told her to stop, and then she took an extremely hot towel and wrapped it in it which burned it even more. Several times they were hurting my daughter and her friend and I asked them to stop doing that because it was hurting the girls and they didn't listen so the girls were also in pain during and after their pedicures. And the topper ladies and gentlemen it was $75 bucks!!! I've been in the service industry and I know they rely on their tips, so I always try and leave something even if the service was subpar. Needless to say I left them NOTHING!!And then I'm the one that felt guilty about not leaving them a tip lol!I certainly hope this helps you out and gives you an idea what they're like best of luck!

I got shellac done and the lady who did my nails (Lisa) was very sweet and took her time. I would go back if I was in the area more often but I would ask for her specifically because another lady who did my nails there gave me a really messy shellac manicure that i would not want to pay for again.

It was ok. The place was clean and the girls were nice, and the price was good, $15 for a regular manicure. However it was a little busy and maybe the one doing my nails felt rushed because at the end, I could see little bubbles and my two pinky nails were cut crooked.

I have been here a few times now and won't be going back as I have had my nails done and had to go back the next day cuz when I woke up the next day they the shellac was all bubbled on one hand she fixed them but the gel was so thick I didn't want to go back there for nails (btw all I get is square and black). And then I have had my brows done a couples time the first time they looked good, the second time they looked ok but I didn't like them as much and this time I wish I could attatch a pic because I had them done today and I'm almost embarrassed to go shopping right now.

Omg I love this place, the ladies are super nice and are so funny! They're reasonable priced. They had a nice selection of nail polish there as well. I got a mani, pedi and they gave me amazing massage while doing it. I got waxed there and they were so much more gentle with me than my regular salon. 100% would come back again!

My 1st time this morning. Like this place a lot so far. I got a pedicure. My usual place, Elegant Spa inside Six Points Plaza, was already packed at 9:45 am. I went on Yelp & searched for something close by. Surprised that there are only 2 of us here on a Sat morning!! So this meant that they didn't rush. I also go my brows waxed. Brows were $8 & Pedicure was $25. Paid parking available on the street. I will definitely be back!

Probably my favourite nail salon in Etobicoke.I had a horrible experience at a nail salon the other night where the woman stopped halfway through, left my nails mangled and refused to help me. When I came here, they were super friendly even though it looked like they were about to close, didnt try to up-sell me and did a great job on my nails!i've been getting gel nails done for a long time and they definitely do a fabulous job here. Definitely recommend coming in.. gel refills for only $25! Great deals and great quality.Not to mention, their waxing is great. My eyebrows have never looked better than when I got them done here. Not to gush too much but this is certainly my go to salon and they deserve a much higher rating!

Friendly, fast, efficient service, and low prices! That's a total WIN!I have been to this place twice now and both times I've had a great experience. I'm always a little nervous when trying out a new Nail Salon because you never know what you're gonna get in terms of service, and cleanliness. 99 Nails and Spa is pretty great, they provide good service, have flexible hours, and aren't too heavy on the wallet.The first time I got a mani/pedi on my birthday - total $35The second time I got a acrylic fill plus eyebrow waxing - total $25. It was only $20 for the fill and French Airbrush white tips!!! (I hate places that charge you extra for the French tip/and or Air brushing). Overall, it was a great deal!Another thing I look for is the range of polishes places carry, this place has a very LARGE collection of OPI, and CND (mostly OPI). They even have those little nail swatches so you can put the swatch on your hand and see how it looks without trying 10 different colours on your own nails. The waxing was quick, painless, and cheap! They did a great job on my eyebrows and didn't make my skin turn too red. They take walk-ins, which is what I did the second time and are happy to stay open longer to fit you in. The staff is friendly and very efficient, they make your experience comfortable, and relaxing.I can't rave about the cleanliness (especially of the bathroom) and that's the only reason this place doesn't get a full five stars!Their location is convenient for me, their prices are low, and they can fit me in whenever I need so I will certainly be going back!

Hi ladies and gentlemenI've been to this 99 Nails twice. The first time I went I went to have my eyebrows done I could feel where she was waxing and plucking and I immediately told her to stop I looked at my one eyebrow that she had already done and said forget it I'm out of here I had to wait for it to all grow back in. So I thought I won't go back for that. I took my daughter her friend and myself in for a pedicure in January of this year. I thought okay not great at eyebrows may be okay at pedicures. I got shellac done and the lady who did my nails (Lisa) was very sweet and took her time. I would go back if I was in the area more often but I would ask for her specifically because another lady who did my nails there gave me a really messy shellac manicure that i would not want to pay for again.

It was ok. The place was clean and the girls were nice, and the price was good, $15 for a regular manicure. However it was a little busy and maybe the one doing my nails felt rushed because at the end, I could see little bubbles and my two pinky nails were cut crooked.

I have been here a few times now and won't be going back as I have had my nails done and had to go back the next day cuz when I woke up the next day they the shellac was all bubbled on one hand she fixed them but the gel was so thick I didn't want to go back there for nails (btw all I get is square and black). Omg I love this place, the ladies are super nice and are so funny! They're reasonable priced. They had a nice selection of nail polish there as well. I got a mani, pedi and they gave me amazing massage while doing it. I got waxed there and they were so much more gentle with me than my regular salon. 100% would come back again!
