It was a GREAT experience! I was in a rush and I needed to get my nails done. After doing a quick google search for nail salons nearby, I found this place (and I'm glad I did). I went to the salon as soon as it opened. After hearing my situation, they understood that it was an emergency. The customer before me (thanks Natalie), who overheard decided to let me go first! I was amazed. I was able to get my hands done and perfected before going to my friend's wedding! Clean and professional are the two words I'd use to describe the salon. Was NOT a good experience. The new management has no tact. I completely understand that you may be busy and can not accommodate a walk in. I have been a walk in client who frequents the same plaza and have never felt so disregarded. Asking me if I have an appointment and when I state "no" tell me "No, cant do it. Bye." Is not a way to get me to return. The kicker is another client in had informed them I was coming just would be a few minutes later ( 10 to be exact) I will not be returning. Please learn to treat any customer with a little more courtesy and maybe pretend you are atleast a little apologetic. Read Less

Appx 3 yrs ago I left a detailed negative review somewhere for this place, now here I am again. I had two incidents in the past so I vowed never to go again. 2 dys ago couldn't get into Any of my 3 fav places so tried again. she did a great job with the buffing and the filing etc the polish looked meh. One day later I noticed a chip, 2 days most were chipped. I went back for them to touch up. No apology, no start over, just covered it up with one more coat and a top coat. I'm done Read Less

Disgustingly over priced. Told me nails would be $20 ended up being $50. No pricing listed and should have told me what pricing would be before or at least during the work. Also ended up taking 2 hours for a set of gel nails. And I wish I could attach a picture of the ripples and where they missed part of one of my nails. First and last visit. Read Less

First time I got my gel fill it was ok second time not so good I needed for them to correct Colour and top gel owner got to do it and she slop on white French tip and globed on top gel kept me under uv lights to long everything turned yellow and thick and she told me we cant help you any more meanwhile after paying $30 cash they prefer so they don't have to report .I advise for anyone not to go there !!!!
