June 12 which is today , my girlfriend wanted to get her nails done and saved 80 all week for it , turns out they just give her a clear coat polish and no extension or anything . 80 dollars for a 10 minute hand massage and a clear coating you can probably find at Wal-Mart, waste of time and 80 dollars ,

Came here with all my bridesmaids to get our nails done and a massage. The massage was great - amazing job. The manicure was an absolute nightmare. Really wish i did my nails myself. The woman doing my nails tried to file them using a nail clipper file... which i asked her why and she said "they ran out of nail files" - then when she was painting my nails she proceeded to paint my cuticles as well. Not only were my nails completely messed up a day before my wedding but so were my maid of honours. I went to pay for the worst mani pedi i have ever had in my life and it was 90$ per person.!!!! I showed the woman my nails and asked her if it was appropriate the price they were charging for getting my cuticles painted red? she refunded me 30$ off of my 400$ bill - hardly customer service. Come here if you want the most expensive and worst mani pedi in ontario.

Had a great time at this spa on Friday! My fiance and I went for the "couples package" and I would definitely recommend to any other couples out there! Had a wonderful day at the Spa yesterday. Facial, massage and pedicure. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Felt like a million when I was done. Will be going back for some more of their services and will throw something else in next time. Thank you to my children for this wonderful spa certificate. They live down south and were told this spa was highly recommended and that for sure was a true statement. I've already recommended The Spa to friends. Thanks for the great day!!

I was in need of a hair makeover and a confidence boost. After hunting around looking for a nice place with amazing atmosphere to treat myself, I came across The Spa at 61 Elm. I have never received such amazing service anywhere else and have never been happier with my hair. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to get pampered! Crystal was incredible and was very dedicated to giving me what I was looking for. Thank you so very much!

I was in need of a hair makeover and a confidence boost. After hunting around looking for a nice place with amazing atmosphere to treat myself, I came across The Spa at 61 Elm. I have never received such amazing service anywhere else and have never been happier with my hair. Such a relaxing and beautiful place to get pampered!
