So much damage!!! I went here to get a shellac colour change. The gentleman working ended up peeling and scratching off chunks of my nails to the point that now they are chipping, cracking and I have splinter hemorrhage (which are black splinter looking lines under your nails caused by damage) on all of my nails. at first i was definitely loving the job they were doing, i have to say my nails haven't chipped or broken yet and i've had em a few weeks, but you can obviously tell they weren't done right.. staff isn't the best either. personally wouldn't recommend Read Less

I've been to this location twice, the first time I went because it's close to my house and I'm new to the area. The man that was doing my nails had to redo them at least 6 times, he had no idea what he was doing. At the end the nails looked like garbage and all the woman did was give me a $5 off coupon for my next visit. So I went back to my hometown for a few days and ended up paying to get my nails done again. My second trip was two days ago and I asked the woman for GEL nails and she gave me acrylic after I told her I am allergic to acrylic, she then told me it was gel. I have since done my research and know the difference of the two by the look (gel does not use any powder where acrylic is liquid and a powder). I paid $75.37 plus a tip for an allergic reaction. I am discussed they would take advantage of people like this, give them the cheaper product and charge them for the more expensive one. I will be calling in the morning to complain.
