I had a very poor experience last week when I went to get my nails done before my graduation (especially given the price we paid).
Where to start. Firstly, I was barely spoken to during my shellac manicure. But even though there was not much conversation, I made sure to repeat 3 times that I wanted the SPA manicure.
The manicure starts and she was very rough, jabbed my ring finger with the tool to the point of bleeding and before I could object, she pours a copious amount of blue liquid on my finger (I can only assume it was alcohol based since it burned like crazy). Afterwards, she goes to start my shellac without completing the "spa" part of my manicure and when I asked, she said "oh, I didn't know you wanted a spa manicure". The extra $$ for the spa manicure was not worth it. Lastly, she applied my shellac poorly (the nails appeared bubbled at the tips) and my shellac polish is now peeling off after only 6 days of having them done.
Normally I wouldn't leave such a negative review but this was really disappointing. When you work hard for your money, it sucks to spend it on a subpar experience. I would never go back and I would never recommend this nail bar.

I come here all the time and it's like the customer service have gone completely down hill. Fung and her daughter are terrific, but everyone else wants to nothing to do with you. They never talk to you and just assume that you know what they want. To top everything off a spa pedi and a full take at least 2 hours to complete. It's unfortunate because I've always liked this place since they opened. I hope that they can just change those couple of things otherwise its definitely a great place.

This was not a good experience. I met my aunt there for mani and pedi. She was there first and had a girl named Mary. She was Super! Me not so much with the lady I had. The lady ran the footbath and had it ready as I got there. I took off my shoes and stuck my feet in thinking it's a foot bath they know what they're doing. Holy hell, the water was so hot I thought my skin would start peeling off! Cold water had to be added 2x to get it to cool down. I then had a crappy mani done. I'm a Gardner so my hands are working hands. After the cleaning and trimming I didn't realize she was done because she just walks away and no one talks to you. She then returns and stats to put the nail polish on. I had just as much dirt around my nails as when I went in. It was so had ass. I could have saved myself pain and money . After both treatments, approx 1 1/2 hrs later when I was leaving, and went to put my shoes on to leave, my skin was still super sore and sensitive from the hot water. So if you go there test the water first before assuming it's ok to plunge your feet in for a luxurious relaxation treatment. Trust me because most likely it is not

The second time, the person doing my nails continually jumped from walk-in to walk-in doing their nails, which annoyed me as I had had booked an appointment and was anticipating on leaving in a timely manner.
The third time, similar experience as second but my shellac manicure started to peel within days. Never return.

Only place I will get my nails done! New nail file used each person which I haven't seen a single other nail salon do. Other places my shellac is bubbly or peeling after one week, my nails here last until I remove the polish. Pedicure lasted over a month and I was offered water/ coffee as if I were in a spa.

Second time there ans very disappointed...wanted a fill and they gave me a new set..said they didn't charge me to take my nails off and they did. A friend got a fill and one nail powder gel..they gave her all shellac and she didn't ask for it and didn't know it was shellac and was charged an extra $23.00 for it. Her nails should of been $42.00but she paid 65. Very disappointing will not return!

I had a very poor experience last week when I went to get my nails done before my graduation (especially given the price we paid).
Where to start. Firstly, I was barely spoken to during my shellac manicure. But even though there was not much conversation, I made sure to repeat 3 times that I wanted the SPA manicure.
