Worst service ever!!!! Don’t waste your time. Can’t even say it’s clean.... thermostat hanging out of the wall, chocolate bars for sale in the corner full of dust, nail dryer location awful........sit to the wall or stare at others getting a pedi. Water wall full of dust and not working, towels dropped non stop from the cupboard onto the floor and then used. Sit at station no towel laid for hands. The last few times I've gone here haven't been a great experience. I booked an appointment to get an acrylic fill and the nail technician put solar gel without telling me and I was surprised at the cash. The owner rectified the amount but awkwardly yelled at the technician in front of me. I went for a simple manicure the second time and the nail technician hardly did a good job. My nails weren't painted completely and there was absolutely no dialogue of how I wanted my nails cut /filed. Read Less

Came from out of town and heard Deluxe does SNS nails which is an alternative to shellac. I’ve been searching for a nail salon that utilize this product for a while and it was definitely worth the wait. Anyone wanting to avoid UV light applications...this is your spot!! Read Less

Worst experience ever went to get manicure and pedicure for a wedding I was standing in back in July. During my pedicure the guy doing it cut my big toe while filing, tired to hide it from me. Then my manicure was all different lengths and shapes. On top of it all they still charged me for my pedicure even after the guy clearly cut me, you know it's bad when they hand you a handful of bandages. For ladies from the U.S.A. with acrylic nails. We were traveling from Sturgis Falls, Ontario to Sault Ste Marie on a cross-country adventure. I have pink & white acrylic nails with gel top coat. This salon DOES have techs who do this. I had called at least 20 salons in the town's we were planning to be with no luck. My husband found Deluxe Nails & Spa in Sudbury. I called them and spoke to Lana and she said to come right in .. we were 20 minutes away, pulling our 43 ft 5th wheel behind us. It's located in front of a Walmart store in a strip mall but there is plenty of parking for our monster sized RV. Judy did a great job on my nails and Lana did my design. They were friendly and sweet, which explains why they are so busy ... Friendly staff & good service. I very much appreciated this salon and would absolutely go here again if in the area. My first pedicure was amazing, I loved it. My second was awful! There is nail polish on my feet, and the coat wasn't thick enough so i could still see my nails. Im pretty disappointed after how great the first one was. Read Less

Really beautiful salon and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! They reshaped my nails for me after they were fully done because I was not 100% happy with them, and despite my annoying request they treated me so nicely and did such a wonderful job, I'm in love with my nails! Been here a few times. Not the best place, okay. I usually ask for the jelly pedicure and they insist they are out of that product. Only when I tell them that's all I came for and am leaving then do they go running to the back and magically make the product appear for me and my friend.Read Less

I have been going to Deluxe for a long time now! I have always been extremely pleased with the service, the treatment, and the looks of my nails! One time they started to apply a colour I had chosen, and the technician doing my nails must have noticed my displeasure. She asked if it was ok? I said I didn't really like the colour. She immediately took off the polish from the two nails done, and asked me to pick another colour. Fantastic service! Now....my husband has started to enjoy the benefits and sheer pleasure of having pedicures. He will ask me every three weeks or so if "I'm due" for another one yet. I have been going to Deluxe for over 3 years.. I have had numerous manicures and a few pedicures...and although I have a few favourite technicians... I have never once been disappointed. The staff are friendly and Lana is a wonderful ambassador for her business. I myself work in retail, and I know firsthand how difficult it can be dealing with unhappy customers.. Hopefully we all realize that there will be issues.. It is how we deal with them that matters. I was just there yesterday, and have a beautiful pedi and my French mani looks great.. Did my acrylic refill there 10 days ago. Not happy with the quality nor the customer service. A nail broke and when I came back to fix it, I was told to wait 15 minutes for the technician to come, a few minutes later two ladies came in for acrylic sets and had no appointments. They were served right away while I was waiting and when I asked the lady why I wasn't served first as I came first she said its our rule that full sets go first.
