Very rude service. Went in first thing in the morning to have a broken acrylic nail fixed. I didn’t have an appointment but it was empty and I would’ve waited if they’d had appointments. He took one look at the nail and said he couldn’t help me at all. They didn’t “do” my type of nail. No - they just didn’t want to put in the effort for $10. Don’t advertise nail repair if it’s below you. The gentleman was so rude, I was livid when I left. He looked insulted that I arrived without an appointment and didn’t need to spend $60, and I just wasn’t worth his time. I’m hoping my review saves one person the hassle of wasting their time here. So this is now twice that I have had an issue with luxury they've rushed me out the door with wet nails because it was close to closing and now my sister has gotten fake nails here and it looks like she has bubbles on her nails, and their nail designs aren't good at all. They were very rude and called my sister fat!!!! Read Less

Very disappointed. The worst pedicure I have ever had. I had an appointment to have a pedicure days before leaving on holidays. The woman cut my nail part of the way, then ripped the rest back to my cuticle. A day later my toe swelled up, puss came out of the area where my torn nail used to be. Throughout my holidays it was sore to wear my shoes and two weeks later it is still red and swollen. Hoping I'm not going to get an ingrown toe nail! I came into luxury nails for the second time and was insanely disgusted. I was enjoying the beginning of a pedicure when I was horribly disgusted. The were using the cheese grater type item on the lady beside me, then they used it on me WITHOUT WASHING IT!!!! never going back. Read Less

We normally go to luxury nails for manicures And they are always really good but today i went to get a manicure and i asked for a French tip with a thin black line beneath it, the lady asked me if it was ok or if i liked it but she tilted my hand and I couldn't get a good look at them until we left and the looked horrible the black lines were all crooked and they looked like a 2 year old did them. Not happy with the service at all and will most likely not be returning in the future. Read Less
