All the staff in here is awesome and they do a great job! Some very talented people in here for nail services. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They use Tammy Taylor products which I had never heard of before, but the product is great. The last time I got Sparkling Sangria colour in the gel line, and I LOVE it! Gorgeous colour with sparkle and it still looks awesome over two weeks later! They have all kinds of different beverages that are complimentary, and even give you a heat wrap thing for your neck to keep on during the service. While waiting for my appointment with my two girl friends, we were on the couch talking, not being loud by any means. This other customer comes out of a room, gripping at us for "ruining her massage". First we had no idea that she was in there getting a massage, and And her massage tech could've come out to say something but did not, so we had no idea what was going on in that room. We were told to sit there, I was unaware it was the " quiet zone" like elementary school. This... is a spa, girls come to relax yes and have girl time as well. If I wasn't about to spend a lot of money for my services I would have left and took my business elsewhere. Then this customer told another tech we were "rude" to her. Wandered into Dee Image yesterday while having time to kill waiting to see Carousel at the Avon Theatre, was expecting The Christmas Shop that used to be there. Ended up getting a wonderful pedicure from Yoko! It was so relaxing, and included a cappucino and a warm pad on my neck and shoulders. Most pleasant place I've ever had a pedicure.
