The pedicure wasn't a good quality for what I paid. The shallac nail looks bumpy and unprofessional (not my nail's fault) and it's also not painted all the way to the bed.

They have new massage chairs and nice music on TV. I found that my manicure was not done well. I had so many small cuts into my cuticles which is not hygenic.
They use the filing kit that is automatic and I believe the tips are never cleaned. Because I see them just get picked out of a container without any solution in it.
I had powder dip nails done. They chipped in one week. And when I came back to get them removed they used a file to scrape it off and my nails underneath are completely wrecked.
Be careful with getting personal belongings dirty in there with cuticle oil or acetone. As leather purses will be ruined by this. And they spill those. They don't have a designated spot where you can place your belongings.
Just another nail salon where the customer service is terrible.

The staff is extremely welcoming. I was so pleased with my nails. The service is quick and affordable. I won't go anywhere else.

I like this place, although a little pricey, it's very conveniently located for me. The technicians are polite, sometimes some are friendly. Sometimes they give you a little neck massage while your nails are drying. I wish there was a little less chitchat in foreign languages in front of the clientelle. But they do have cable and regular TV is always on.

Awful first time experience here. The customer service was absolutely terrible. They were very rude and disrespectful. To put in perspective I am a young Asian girl who is a first generation Canadian in my family. My nails were done horrible and she was very rough and it hurt a lot. She made me feel awful and bad about myself that I have sweaty hands which I can't help. My nails looked terrible and blotchy and this was for a wedding I was in, even though I tried to explain it to them several times. I get my nails done often and I would never go back here! I would drive to Kitchener or London before going back here!

They have new massage chairs and nice music on TV. I found that my manicure was not done well. I had so many small cuts into my cuticles which is not hygenic.
They use the filing kit that is automatic and I believe the tips are never cleaned. Because I see them just get picked out of a container without any solution in it.
I had powder dip nails done. They chipped in one week. And when I came back to get them removed they used a file to scrape it off and my nails underneath are completely wrecked.

I like this place, although a little pricey, it's very conveniently located for me. The technicians are polite, sometimes some are friendly. Sometimes they give you a little neck massage while your nails are drying. I wish there was a little less chitchat in foreign languages in front of the clientelle. But they do have cable and regular TV is always on.

To put in perspective I am a young Asian girl who is a first generation Canadian in my family. My nails were done horrible and she was very rough and it hurt a lot.
