Worst experience of my life. The gentleman glued on the tips and then proceeded to rip two off after they set, causing me to bleed and pain obviously. The nails themselves have ledges and in no way reach my cuticles. I just got them done and honestly they look horrible. My daughter at the same time got a pedicure from the woman who cut her nails crooked, we paid for shellac which is alreadypeeling less then 24 hours later. Theexperience cost $80. This place was absolutely awful!! I would not recommend it. My nails look worse than before I went in. The man was rude and swatted at my hands. I got shellac done and it is uneven and bubbly and you can see my nail through the colour. Don't go!! Read Less

i asked for a manicure but all they did was paint my nails, my cousin asked if they could help her with her fake nails like replying a couple and painting them but the guy would not take of her fake nail so she had to take it off herself so that he would glue another one on plus when he was painting her nails he missed most of the sides and the cuticles! I had my daughter and niece in the store to have a manicure and nails painted on my niece. They failed to do the manicure. When it came to my daughters nails the gentlemen would not replace a nail that was falling off. My daughter had to remove it to force the replacement. He also failed to paint down by the cuticals. Very disappointed with this business. Went for a manicure yesterday with my friend. We had appointments booked. During our appointment the staff would get up and attend to another customer. Example - one coat on my friend then file the other customers nails, then my nail person would get up and go do a coat on my friends nails. They did not wash or sanitize their hands between clients. One was wearing gloves that he did not change. Also witnessed staff washing the bowls and tools in the sink with a scrub brush and hand soap. My manicure was shellac but it is peeling already not even 24 hours post manicure. I will not be returning to this business. Read Less

I got a "shellac" manicure. But I am unsure if it was actually shellac as it is peeling off less than 24 hours after having it done. My nails are not shaped nicely and they just plopped the polish on (whichever one was free with enough time to do the next coat- because I was an inconvenience apparently). They were very unsanitary going between myself and another client with out washing their hands (even though he wore gloves he didn't change them). I watched them wash the bo...wls in the sink with soap (no sterilization). They were in no way rude but certainly didn't go out of their way to be friendly or converse. My "beautifully" done manicure in the comments below. Chipping already. Oh. And my friend got some lotion on her hands "massage" but I didn't even get that, she also got some liquid on her nails after we were done from a spray bottle and I did not. Terrible to pay for a service to pamper yourself and feel unwanted and rushed. I will never return to this business. I hope if you choose this business you have a better experience than I did.
