Unfortunately I had the most uncomfortable experience here. I got my nails done by an older man working here that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. He talked to me continually asking me if I had a boyfriend, calling me his sweetie. Then he goes and tells me he wants to take me clubbing, completely hitting on me. At this point I'm just trying not to make eye contact with him because it has just been too much and I just wanted to leave with my nails not even completely done. He then keeps telling me to smile and won't stop talking and just telling me how pretty I am and how he wants to take me out. I'm giving him short answers just trying not to talk to him and brush it off but he wouldn't stop. He took so long and just kept trying to fix apparent imperfections I just wanted to get out of there. After all of that I don't even like my nails. Turns out I told my friend about it that also goes there, and she told me that she saw him doing the same kind of thing to another lady that was sat beside her and it even made her feel uncomfortable just being around him talking to the lady. Disappointed. We were in the shop for 2 hours for a manicure and pedicure and most of that time was spent waiting. (With a pre-booked appt time) Both were very rushed and involved very little time spent on anything but nail painting. The TV was playing a totally inappropriate movie (sex, several 4 letter words and a dog eating a dead body) and there were kids in the shop! They finally shut it off after I asked the 2nd time. Never had any problems my pedicure and manicure are always walk in. The only problem I have is the conversations between the technicians are too much sometimes. It's one thing to be asking a question etc but my last pedicure I did not once have any communication, nothing. Someone painted my toes even. I didn't know who to tip. When you are working with a client you should be focused on the person in your chair. They are renting you as well as your service.Read Less

I just went to this place for the first time today. My friend and I were going to get pedicures together and she told them I was on my way. She was in the chair with her feet in the water when I got there (about 5 minutes after her), as I'm standing there the woman (There were about 4 people running around seating people, answering the phone etc) tells another lady to sit in the chair that the man at the door (who was now on the phone) told me to sit in. I told her that spot was for me, and I was supposed to sit next to my friend. The lady ignored me and told the other woman to sit there, I stood there stunned for a second. (Prior to this a few of them spoke about me and the other lady - I could tell because they pointed while we stood there awkwardly.) and then said goodbye to my friend and got a pedicure elsewhere.
