Went in with my mother and paid for UV Gel nails. I did research afterwards only to find that they did acrylic nails with possibly a shellac top (I'm uncertain if it was just a polish or not). If they bring out a white powder with the smelly pink liquid to create your nail then that's acrylic. Gel will actually be a gel that is formed to the nail with more of a process. Y'all stop being so salty! I prefer to get shellac because it stays on longer and i get fake nails from there and it's perfectly fine. Yes it does take long to get them done like a bit over an hour but if your complaining about that then wah cry me a river. It costed me 40$ and she did a perfectly great job Read Less

Terrible service! Made appointment with my friend they said okay come in at 4pm we go in they take her not me I sit and wait for almost an hour with them just bumping me around seat to seat before I just decided to leave I had plans at 530 thinking hour and half is lots of time just to get fill. Was not happy with the service. I wanted my nails painted with just regular polish they insisted I use shellac. After restating I wanted polish the lady doing my nails was extremely rude and shrugged me off. The entire experience was uncomfortable and awkward. Will not return. Read Less

Made an appointment to get my nails done at 2:30. They asked me to wait. But kept taking walk ins ahead of me. I waited almost an hour and my service was not friendly at all. When you make an appointment, they should be taking appointments before walk ins!!! Terrible experience. Will not be going back. Read Less

I went there for two years. Do not trust this salon. Hanna did great work but takes 1h, 45 min to do a fill. They are cutting their shellac and it chips after a week. They will cheat you every chance they get! Do not get gift certificates there. They won't do cash amounts because they charge a male (or whoever they think it's a sucker) getting one for his girlfriend or wife at least $25 more than the service actually costs. That's why there's a sign on the wall. "No cash amount on gift certificates". Can't rip you off if you get a dollar amount. Avoid this hell hole. Read Less

I highly suggest that no one ever go here, I had many issues with the service and final out come of my manicure. To begin with the woman seemed agrravated and like she just didnt wanna be there. I told her that i wanted a gel set done, i then showed her a picture of what i wanted them to look like and she told me that she was unable to do that. I settled for a reagular french tip still done in gel. while doing my nails she repeatedly knicked me with the electric file causing my fingers to noticably bleed, which she ignored no apoligly nothing. after paying and leaving i noticed my nails were differnt shapes ( some rounded other more almond shaped as i had asked for). I chose to just paint over them leave for a few weeks and then remove them myself. Upon trying to remove these nails with pure acetone as instructed by other nail technicians the things will not come off i spent two house trying to remove them and they should only take about 20 minutes to disolve. this place is complete crap i have no clue what she has put on my nails but it deffinatley not gel or acrylic and if so it is an infior product!! Got gel nails and they did a horrible job with my cuticles so they looked like crap. She didnt listen when I told her they were too long. My nails & polish were chipped after a couple days. Waste of money!!! Read Less
