Been getting my nails and pedi done here for many years - Jennie and staff are friendly, polite and caring. Always do a great job - my daughters and granddaughters go here as well. Great prices, clean and welcoming atmosphere.
One of the better nail salons in the area.

AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it zero I would. Today I tried to give a place in St. Thomas a chance instead of going into London. First of all I had the older man and asked for UV gel multiple times and he still did bio gel, he left my nails sooooo thick they look like bubbles. I told him I still wanted them longish and square so he proceeded to file off most of my nail and do so leaving them uneven. When I told him that’s not what I wanted he said it was better. When they switched off to get the girl to paint my nails I told her I wasn’t pleased and she fixed the unevenness of the nail but nothing else. At this point I was done and just let her finish payed and left. Rescheduling a new appointment elsewhere right away to get fixed.

They're awful. The acrylic nails are way to thick! When you ask them to fix any nails they are rude as well. Also very aggressive filling, it hurt a lot. I won't be returning to phantatic nails in st....

Went there twice recently. The first time was okay, nails were great. But this time the job was quick and painful. He got my skin three times, three different fingers bleeding. And the air brush job was quick and messy, and the polish has so many bubbles. It was nice they got me in so close to closing but don't do that. They do a quick half ass job and now my nails don't look amazing for my first ever trip.

site says they take visa but they refused. We were 3 walk ins, they shouldve said they can't take us because I soaked in footbath while my daughters receivedPedicures. They moved on to mani before my pedi began. Not the mother daughter experience I had anticipated. My toenail polish was horribly done and my heels felt rough and jagged when complete. By the time I was ready for mani, girls were complete and waiting. They told me they ran out of time and offered me polish to do myself.

Without a doubt the worst pedicure I have ever had. I had to cut my own toe nails, and the woman delivering the pedicure couldn't speak English, so I couldn't even give her simple instructions. They didn't change the file being used from person to person, and I will likely be needing another pedicure as all she did was a shotty job on painting my toes. Never again!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone living in st thomas.I usually get my nails done in London, but would come back here if I visit her again!

AVOID THIS PLACE. If I could give it zero I would. Today I tried to give a place in St. Thomas a chance instead of going into London. First of all I had the older man and asked for UV gel multiple times and he still did bio gel, he left my nails sooooo thick they look like bubbles. I told him I still wanted them longish and square so he proceeded to file off most of my nail and do so leaving them uneven. When I told him that’s not what I wanted he said it was better. Went there twice recently. The first time was okay, nails were great. But this time the job was quick and painful. He got my skin three times, three different fingers bleeding. And the air brush job was quick and messy, and the polish has so many bubbles. It was nice they got me in so close to closing but don't do that. They do a quick half ass job and now my nails don't look amazing for my first ever trip.

Without a doubt the worst pedicure I have ever had. I had to cut my own toe nails, and the woman delivering the pedicure couldn't speak English, so I couldn't even give her simple instructions. They didn't change the file being used from person to person, and I will likely be needing another pedicure as all she did was a shotty job on painting my toes. Never again!
