Very nice staff, and a friendly atmosphere, but I would prefer if the stylists were more professional in their approach to their work. I'm not there for a good time, I'm there for a good cut. Sure, it's nice to talk and have a laugh or two, but ultimately attention should be focused on the job. I walked out seventy dollars poorer and with a haircut that was an embarrassment; the style is still unruly and hard to manage two excruciating months later. It's as though the stylist had no understanding of my hair, my needs, my requests, and just gave me a cookie cutter look that did not suit me in any way. This is my favourite salon! The Atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is comfortable and welcoming. The ladies that work here are very down to earth and friendly. I've been going to Posh for over a year now and it's no wonder why. The whole team is fantastic and well versed in their crafts. My best friend Paige got married on Friday and Posh Salon did the hair and makeup for our whole bridal party, the mother of the bride, and the mother of the groom. The entire team was so fun and energetic and made us all look fantastic! We had snacks and drinks and it was a wonderful start to Paige's big day! Towards the end of our time there, my curls were beginning to fall flat, as I have very long and thick hair, and after saying something about it because I was worried h...ow it would look for pictures, two of the girls jumped right on it and fixed my hair. I was really impressed with their attitudes and willingness to help fix it. It ended up looking great. I was also so impressed with my makeup! At one point, someone also noticed they chipped their toenail polish (which was done somewhere else) and one of the Posh girls offered to fix it for her, which I thought was really nice. I followed my aesthetician Marnie to Posh - she's amazing, my nails always look great and the polish lasts longer than I've ever experienced before. I went in the other day and ended up booking a haircut with Olena and have to say it might be the best cut I've had.
