I came here once to have shellac and showed the girl a photo of how I loved sparkles at the cuticles - she said she could do it. Then, they switched right in the middle and so I asked the new girl if she was still doing that and THE ATTITUDE this girl gave me. My shellac was crinkled on every. Single. Nail. (it seriously looked like a child did it). I was so annoyed. I came back the NEXT DAY to have it removed - here’s the BEST PART - the owner (who knew I was upset the night before **charged me the 5$ to remove the poorly done shellac!!!!!!*** Needless to say I’m NEVER COMING BACK and can’t even believe this place is still open!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!!!!!! One star had to be pressed to post. Owner rude and condescending. Along with her staff talked about their patrons in their language not realizing they were understood. Informing them of such the chatter stopped. Nail polish used on me was diluted by nail polish remover and within my holiday week my polish peeled right off. The mediocre design was not impressive like their brochures indicated they could do. Unfortunately my gift certificate was my givers waste of money and a waste of my time. With over 50 years of experience in this Art I will continue doing my own nails and for a treat I will be finding a more professional establishment to have my business and give referrals to. Have it advertised on their website, and sign outside the door that they are open Sundays 11-3. Drove nearly 20 minutes to get there, and it wasn't opened. Called multiple times and waited and no one showed up. Very unprofessional, don't advertise you are open and waste people's time. Read Less

I have been going to Paradise nails for over two years! let me list why I especially love them! The first time I made an appointment, I asked if it was ok that I see the drain and that it's been cleaned (extremely important for a pedicure-check out the internet and see what crazy stuff can happen if it's not) Not only did the owner say, no problem---they actually made me feel great that I asked! From then on, I noticed that this was a standard procedure of theirs! Each time the foot bathes were emptied, they would scrub out the tub, take the drain out and clean it and now they even put a large plastic bag inside! When I asked Susan the owner about that-she said-you can never be too safe!! WOW!! Lisa has always done my nails exactly how I have asked! My daughter-in-law now will only go there and anyone I tell-(and that's a lot of people)-love them! I can't imagine going anywhere else!! Read Less
