I thought this was a nail salon not a daycare centre!!!!! Not only were the staff rude, but they had their young children running around the salon. touching the tools and contaminating them!!!! This is probably why the other reviewers nail fell off!!! The girl was very rude and the whole process was rushed so she could get off work quicker and take her kids home. The result was TERRIBLE... I might have well just done my own nails. Not only were my nails streaky but half of them smudged after I left bc she applied the polish too thick. Gift cards are a rip off here! Wanted to take the shellac and whatever powder was left on my nails and replace it with clear shellac. They charged me $10 to take it off? Then cut my nails, filed them and painted then clear. No cuticle cutting no hand massage $30 Read Less

Never again! I used to come here regularly, when Helen worked her. Today, I came in today to get a full set of acrylic nails put on, with chrome paint. She told me it would be $30 for the full set, and additional $20 for Chrome. That makes absolutely no sense! When I tried to explain to her that to put color on their charging 2/3 the amount of the original cost even put nails on, she actually stop stalking me and sent me to another person period while sitting there I called another nail salon and ask them how much it would cost to put Chrome nail polish on , and she told me it would be $8. I paid the $30 for my nails, left and went over to Paradise Nails and had the Chrome put on for additional 8 bucks. I will never be back again! Incredibly rude piss poor customer service, and they charge you through the roof. Not to mention when I told her I was leaving to another nail salon to have the paint done, she told me the people there are stupid in there's no way they would charge $8. Read Less

I'm not one to write bad review's, but I can not hold my tongue. The woman who did my full set was so rough, I couldn't help but flinch on every nail. I should have taken the fact of her ignoring my requests to please go softer as a sign and left right there. She literally was pushing down with her drill that by the time I had removed the polish the next week there were bruises on every nail. I removed the acrylic revealing blood and layers of nail missing and peeling from multiple nails. Not only was it the most painful experience at a nail salon but also worst in costumer service. The second I was at the dryer, she sat in the corner, put her feet up one one of the desks and went on her phone leaving it to me to figure out when I was dry enough to leave. I took my daughter to get mother-daughter manicures last night. The woman who helped me started by insulting my nails saying they were thin like paper and that she would have to charge me extra to "dip" them. She then made nasty comments about the person at the table next to me because she was "wasting their time" as she had booked a pedicure and not a manicure. I had a shellac done and my daughter a manicure. They charged me $10 extra for a manicure (in addition to the "dip" and shellac) which consisted of her over filing my nails and nothing else. The shellac is uneven and the colour is blotchy and streaky. My daughters nails look like she had a friend paint them. $65 later and I'm going to have to go to another salon to have them redone. Unreal job. The woman(Amy) who did my nails was kind and courteous. Talked about everyday life and found out much about her. Seems like a very dedicated hard working person. I've been going here since they opened with my family on a regular baisis. The last 4 times (one was actually a good expierence). I have been rushed out of a $40 pedi in less than 30 min. It feels so rush now adays. Even today I went with my mom and we started our pedicures at the same time, same package, and I was done 15 min before her. Still with dead skin on my feet and unattended cuticles. I've been going here since forever. But I don't like the rushing now considering the price jump, and I will be looking elsewhere with my family. Read Less
