I wish I can give a 0 star for cutting my daughter's finger! Yesterday I went in with my 13 year old daughter to have her nails done first time for her grade 8 graduation. She choose the artificial nail. I had to wait outside with my 5 year old son ( It was a bad mistake. I should stayed with my daughter all the time and WATCH the lady do her job!). When it was finished, which was like 10 minutes. I found out she cut my daughters' finger with her tools and it was bleeding. She never said anything and just wanted to rush me to the cashier to pay. There were lots of customers in the store and it was busy. I told her at the cashier that I was not happy that my daughter's finger was cut. The lady reacted like I am making a big deal. She kept saying" oh, it is just an accident. It's OK. It's OK... IT's not a big cut". I tried to reason with her that It is not OK to cut people's fingers but she won't listen, she just kept saying" you know, accident happens sometimes. It is not a big cut". She rushed me to pay full price which was over $50. She purposely DID NOT GIVE ME the receipt. I think it is a common practise that they don't give you the receipt unless you really asked for.
Oh, for all those talks between us, SHE NEVER EVER SAID SORRY OR DID ANY FORM OF APPLOGY TO ME AND MY DAUGHTER. On our way home, in the car, I asked my daughter, when she cut her finger, on the spot, did that lady say sorry to her and my daughter said no, she never said sorry and pretend it never happened! I was so furious. What kind of person is this? Cut customer and never even say sorry??????? Now, I am so worried about my daughter. She had a open cut by them and who knows if they clean their tools properly between customers! I am going to take my daughter in for a blood test and I hope she doesn't catch any diseases! Also, today, my daughter's fingers feel so tender because they cut way too much cuticles around her fingers and they are now so tender and it hurts every time when she press her fingers ( like typing on the computer). If you are checking reviews online to make a decision whether to go to this salon or not, please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else! I wish I can get my money back but I can tell from the way they reacted to my initial complaint, they will never issue a refund to me. THEY TOTALLY RUNIED MY DAUGHTER'S FIRST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE!

Went here for my past two pedicures and caught a fungal infection .I'm certain its from their tools they use to clip cuticles. Ive been getting pedicures for years and have never had an issue like this before . Idk who they answer to for cleanliness and the prevention of spread of pathogens but you can bet your a$$ I'll be finding out .

NEVER AGAIN!!! Sanded through the nail on my toe while removing the shellac. For some reason I was still charged for that. Because of the damage on my toenail I can’t have the shellac removed by another place because the bit of nail left is ridiculously thin, even if scraped a bit to remove the current shellac it would be painful, I’ll have to wait for the colour to grow out. Shame cuz they have nice shellac colours but how they do things and run their business isn’t worth it. I need my toenails. I’m pretty attached to them, like literally.

Do not go here. Horrible customer service, unproffessional. Worst experience at a nail salon. Cut my nails too short and when i told him he tried to rip them off with plyers instead of acetone and he gave me an ugly design unlike what i asked for and refused to fix them. Not to mention overpriced!!!

The lady that did my pedicure was great. However, the guy that did my nails was horrible. I paid $30 for fake nails the same length as my real nails. I’ve done my nails here before for $30 and they were not this short. I tried telling him to fix it and he kept saying how it would look longer after he put the polish on. I’m never going back there. Lost a customer.

I used to go here before and I never liked it, nowhere else was open and I really needed my nails done so I came. The girl didn't say a word to me the entire time, not even hello.. I asked for shellac polish, and they kept pushing for me to get a manicure (they make more money) and I was firm and said no about 4 times. Then I asked for sparkles on my nails and the girl didn't even do it but seemed grumpy so I felt scared to say anything. When she buffed my nails she went SO hard that lots of my cuticles have cuts and they are red. They treat their customers with a get in and get out attitude, they don't care to interact with them. Not going back... gave them another chance.

If I could rate this nail salon 0 stars, i would. I asked to have my UV gel nails removed and this middle-aged woman proceeded to pick my nails off, which led to her ripping my real nail in half. After blood was drawn, my nails were then soaked in pure acetone, which was painful to say the least considering my nail was ripped in half. To fix my nail, UV gel was used as a base coat. When i went to the desk to pay, I was charged for the UV gel that was used to repair the nail she broke. I would never go back to this awful salon. Very unprofessional and complete waste of money.

I'm so disappointed. Last week I got shellac done, and it was peeling off layer by layer the next day. I called and went back to get them fixed, and all he did was paint over them. They were peeling off again within 24 hours. I've had my nails done many many times and have never had this issue.
As well, two years ago I went there for a pedicure for my wedding and the woman cut my toe so badly I still have a scar to show for it.
I won't be going back there!

I had phone in and booked an appointment for shellac manicure. The nail lady did them so quickly that the shellac was all over my nails (which wasn't cleaned before I left) and it even touched my nail...
I had phone in and booked an appointment for shellac manicure. The nail lady did them so quickly that the shellac was all over my nails (which wasn't cleaned before I left) and it even touched my nail beds. A few of my nails were not painted all the way and one was left bumpy. Wouldn't go back ever. She even went on to file my nails after they were done under UV.

Horrible, horrible nail salon. First time here over a year ago I got a pedicure and manicure, and they had done a great job. So I had come back three times after and will never return. I had booked appointments and would wait for over 45 minutes after the time they gave me. Never tell you if their running behind, may take bit longer then planned. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and will never return.

I wish I can give a 0 star for cutting my daughter's finger! Yesterday I went in with my 13 year old daughter to have her nails done first time for her grade 8 graduation. Went here for my past two pedicures and caught a fungal infection .I'm certain its from their tools they use to clip cuticles. Ive been getting pedicures for years and have never had an issue like this before . NEVER AGAIN!!! Sanded through the nail on my toe while removing the shellac. For some reason I was still charged for that. Because of the damage on my toenail I can’t have the shellac removed by another place because the bit of nail left is ridiculously thin, even if scraped a bit to remove the current shellac it would be painful, I’ll have to wait for the colour to grow out. If I could rate this nail salon 0 stars, i would. I asked to have my UV gel nails removed and this middle-aged woman proceeded to pick my nails off, which led to her ripping my real nail in half. I'm so disappointed. Last week I got shellac done, and it was peeling off layer by layer the next day. I called and went back to get them fixed, and all he did was paint over them. They were peeling off again within 24 hours. I've had my nails done many many times and have never had this issue.
As well, two years ago I went there for a pedicure for my wedding and the woman cut my toe so badly I still have a scar to show for it.
I won't be going back there!

Horrible, horrible nail salon. First time here over a year ago I got a pedicure and manicure, and they had done a great job. So I had come back three times after and will never return. I had booked appointments and would wait for over 45 minutes after the time they gave me. Never tell you if their running behind, may take bit longer then planned.
