No communication. Shellac was sanded off. This causes damage to the nail.i was not asked if I want my nails cut.or what shape I wanted. Going in I had a good nail length and chose a deep burgundy nail...
No communication. Shellac was sanded off. This causes damage to the nail.i was not asked if I want my nails cut.or what shape I wanted. Going in I had a good nail length and chose a deep burgundy nail polish. The male associate cut one of my nails short without asking. The rest had to be cut to look uniform and as a result of them being short , I had to choose a lighter colour. Will not be returning.very disappointed.

My girlfriend and I have been going here for almost a year now and will continue. Anne is amazing and so gentle! The place is clean as well.... not a lot of other places are.
