I love this place. I have been going to Mary since day one and she is always trying to accommodate my needs. Their new dipping powder it’s awesome. I would recommend this nail salon to everybody.

Terrible staff, even with reference of picture, they came give right shape to nails and my nails were too thick. I told lady that please make them even and thin and she said "yea yea" still keep on do...
Terrible staff, even with reference of picture, they came give right shape to nails and my nails were too thick. I told lady that please make them even and thin and she said "yea yea" still keep on doing her stuff, you can not communicate with them bcz they don't understand English. I think she was the boss as it was old man and old lady were working.

this place is terrible! i went with my friend to get acrylic nails done and it was so bad! First, they told me it would be an hour and it ended up being 3 hours. After when we started the woman asked...
this place is terrible! i went with my friend to get acrylic nails done and it was so bad! First, they told me it would be an hour and it ended up being 3 hours. After when we started the woman asked what shape and size i wanted my nails, i had a picture for reference and showed her how I wanted them. She was about to cut and asked if i liked the length. I said I wanted them longer and then she just cut them! And then, she made one nail shorter than all the rest. Like any normal person would i told her i didn’t like the way it looked and i wanted it longer. She got angry with me and told me to sit across the salon to get help from someone. I was there for an hour before someone even talked to me. I would go back over to my friend to talk to her and the girl would shush me and tell us we couldn’t talk and demand for me to go back to my seat where i wasn’t being helped. When they finally did something they used dirty tools, they hurt my fingers by filing my skin and cutting my cuticles so far they made me bleed. My nails are nothing like what i wanted. They made them way to short and a different shape. A day after my friends nail popped off, and today my nail just broke and i don’t know how. Never going back.

While getting a pedicure she ripped part of my nail off with tweezers. My toe began to bleed and then she put my toe in the dirty foot soak water, where other people soak their feet. She did not apolo...
While getting a pedicure she ripped part of my nail off with tweezers. My toe began to bleed and then she put my toe in the dirty foot soak water, where other people soak their feet. She did not apologize or offer compensation. My toe became infected the next day and I could barely walk on it.

I'm embarrassed of my nails. There's shellac polish around the skin almost on every nail (there's 2 without any). The nails are all uneven, different sizes, lengths and thick. Paid $30...I think th...
I'm embarrassed of my nails. There's shellac polish around the skin almost on every nail (there's 2 without any). The nails are all uneven, different sizes, lengths and thick. Paid $30...I think there gave me $8 off (supposed to be priced at $38). Looks like I tried to eat my fingers. I got a dirty buffer. As with the review down below there was acrylic around my nail bed where they then proceeded to use the drill to remove it.
They butchered my cuticles and left me bleeding and afterwards I noticed more cuts around my other nails. I could hear them rushing to get to the next customer maybe they shouldn't accept walk-ins if there that busy it took under 30 mins to mess up my nails (I made an appointment too so they should have had adequate time for me). The shapes on both hands DON'T EVEN MATCH....My photo won't post for some reason.

Although the place was very clean and modern i got shellac french tip and after not even 2 days most nails were chipped or entire white tip gone. All i did was wash dishes the next day. i didnt do any...
Although the place was very clean and modern i got shellac french tip and after not even 2 days most nails were chipped or entire white tip gone. All i did was wash dishes the next day. i didnt do any activities that you might expect would chip them. Also 3 different people worked on my nails so there was no consistency.

The lady who was supposed to do my nails was very very fast with the spinning tool they use to take off polish and it hurt very bad as it was very hot. when the powder gel to fill my nails in was applied and some of it leaked over to my skin, she tried using the same tool on my skin to remove it, which also hurt. i showed her the photo of coffin nails i wanted and they were done very poorly, looking very pointed and not at all what i wanted. i mentioned many times for her to slow down and she did not listen, so i had to ask her to stop. i said i would pay for whatever she had done, but the more experienced lady who was very good the last time i had my nails done said she would finish them. she acted very unprofessionally once i was in her chair, as if i didn't feel bad enough. she did not communicate to me about what i wanted and she just assumed, and was very tough with me and very snappy. i felt very uncomfortable, she did not appologize for my inconvenience or anything. i have never had to do this before and i am only writing this review to warn others of my experience. this is not a nail salon that is in any way professional, i will not be coming here again.
