I’ve gone here twice and each time my shellac has only lasted a few days! It peels off from the cuticle area which makes me believe it’s not applied properly. I have had shellac done more than 100 times in my life and this is the only place this has happened to me.
It’s a shame because it looks nice for the days it lasts but unfortunately I wasted my money on a 3 day manicure.

I’ve been going to Today’s Nails for 10 years. A friend recommended it and I’m still going to them to this day. I live in Scarborough but I don’t mind going to Richmond Hill to get my nails done as they are professional, friendly and very accommodating. My nails are done well and they last up to 4 weeks. Could be more but my nails grow so fast I usually need a fill by then. I highly recommend Today’s Nails. In fact, I have and they are now loyal customers as well. Great job, management and staff of Today’s Nails!!

It was my first time getting my nails done and I chose this place purely because it was the only place which had same day appointments and I was very glad I had. I got a shellac French manicure and it cost $25. They were very friendly and since it was my first time, I asked many, many questions and they had the patience to answer all my questions. The French manicure was done very well and did not chip (even after EIGHT weeks). I was told shellac lasts 2-3 weeks without chipping and I did not do anything to prevent it from chipping so it blew my mind that it lasted 8 weeks. I only ended up cutting them off because my nails grew out too much. The pics attached are 3 weeks after I got them done. They are also very honest people, I asked about trying biofuel once and they said that if I am not able to get refills every few weeks, then it would be a waste of money to do biogel. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I highly recommend this place 🙂

I've never had any issues with the gel nails that I've had done at Today's Nails. For the cost (which is reasonable) they perform just fine. They last me at least 2 weeks with no peeling or chipping.

TERRIBLE! I had a set put on and not even a week later they were peeling, lifting and falling off!!! I gave them second chance and AGAIN same thing! I had a nail that was put on slanted (being on my lunch I had no time to have them fix it, this was the final straw for me, I decided right at that moment I would NEVER EVER step foot back in that salon). I have been doing my nails for over 15 years and this place I must say is by the worst of the worst. Either they use cheap product or they just don't care! I'm pretty sure it is a combo of both.
Today's Nails......gone tomorrow!

I’ve gone here twice and each time my shellac has only lasted a few days! It peels off from the cuticle area which makes me believe it’s not applied properly. I have had shellac done more than 100 times in my life and this is the only place this has happened to me.
It’s a shame because it looks nice for the days it lasts but unfortunately I wasted my money on a 3 day manicure.

I’ve been going to Today’s Nails for 10 years. A friend recommended it and I’m still going to them to this day. I live in Scarborough but I don’t mind going to Richmond Hill to get my nails done as they are professional, friendly and very accommodating. My nails are done well and they last up to 4 weeks.
