If I could give this place a zero I 100% would. I used to go here every two weeks for shellac, and I always would leave disappointed so I stopped. Just yesterday I was with my mom as she was getting her nails done and she forced me to get my nails done because she wanted to treat me. Worst idea ever. Michelle who is the owner of this so called business was the one doing my nails. She paid zero attention to what she was doing. She was more concerned with the group chat on her cellphone and gossiping with the girl next to her. They don't even know what inside voices are as they're always yelling! She did my nails so horribly that I had to take the file myself and straighten out her work because it was done so badly. I went to ask her to redo my left hand as it was done so poorly and she kept saying to sit down and she will just take it off. She ended up grabbing my wrist twice after I asked her continually to stop touching me. I have her nail marks in my arm!!! As the owner of the store she should be embarrassed of her behaviour. I left without fixing my hand or getting my money back because she kept physically assaulting me and grabbing me after I told her twice to stop touching me. She's crazy and every employee there is garbage. A garbage business and establishment. If you want to go here they're work is equivalent to a 5 year old painting your nails. AVOID! Read Less
