A very dissapointed mom here let my daughter go there to get a fill in acrylic nails and they were fighting with her telling her they were gel..they were not gel they told her that to get more money out of her. Which is sad she was deceived for ten extra dollars..this place is truly not a good place in my books and on top of being cheated out of her money she tipped them...do not go to this place Read Less

Absolutely horrible! If you want nails that will fall apart the minute you walk out the door. I showed them a picture and asked specifically if they can do this exact thing. They answered yes no problem we do it all the time. It took 5 employees to try to fix my nails. They put gel on top of my nexgen. And colored foil on top that now has fallen off. It hasn't been more then 12 hours since I had them done. And on top of that I sat there for three hours. I will never go there again and will make sure that no one I know does either. I was discussed with the service when I asked for my money back. They are rude, and don't even acknowledge there customers. Read Less

I received vip pedicure, and manicure right before Christmas, I went back in after I got home and realized how bad my feet, and nails really looked. When I arrived, and informed them I was very particular about my feet, they assured me they were giving me their best. The girl obviously did'nt speak English as everything I asked her to do, she ignored. I was told to come back in for a redo, when I did find the time to get back in, I was told they would not redo my 70.00, 80.00, with tip, and the only reason I tipped was because it was xmas. I do not feel like I received my money's worth, and. have no intentions of ever going back to this excuse for a nail shop! They do not stand behind their work, and are by no means, cheap. The salon was extremely beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and professional. All the employees were so nice and patient. Made sure I absolutely loved my nails before leaving. I'm sure if I didn't, she would've redone them no questions asked. But they are fabulous. This was my first time at this salon and it won't be my last! Finally, I've found my forever nail spa home! Update: 8/15/17 I'm still in love with this nail salon. I had a nail tech who did a not so good job and went back the next day, Jennifer took great care of me and redid them for free. She does an excellent job and I always call to make sure she's in before I go. All the employees are on top of their game and I'd still never go anywhere else. Read Less
