Best place to come if you want to relax and enjoy a Mani Pedi. Their mani and pedi combo is $35 which I think is a great price one of the cheapest that I know of. The ladies are nice they do a great job and the salon is very clean. I definitely reccomend!

This establishment would be such a better place if they understood the meaning of customer experience and service. I am a paying customer, and if I ask for something, and the nail technician doesn’t understand or no how to do it then it should be no issue to tell the customer that! Instead she starts speaking her language to her colleagues and she comes over starts starring at my nails then another one follows all the while speaking their language like I’m some sort of subject. So distasteful and classless. What a waste of my time and what makes matters worst one of the ladies was the manager. They really need to attend a class that teaches basic customer service. That is not how you treat a paying customer with a handicap nail period. That is your area of work dealing with nails, feet etc. I don’t recommend this nail salon.

I had Jennifer for the both times I've been there and she did the acrylic but it was not 100% smooth if you are pedantic.
The second time, I just did shellac. She did a good job for this. Yes, her attitude sucks but I'm not a talker so I don't mind.
So why my 4 star rating?
The service is standardized.
The staff are generally professional.
You can book appointments which are on time.
You get top-notch hygiene.
They can work on having more designs or embellishments.

I wish I could give a zero!! I go to different nail salons often as I travel a lot. This is by far the worst experience I've had! Jennifer, the girl who did my powder dip, DOES NOT know how to do the job and she should not be allowed near it! She has very bad attitude, did not file my nails properly, sanded so much off of the layers that I can see my nail underneath, the top is uneven, and I can go on forever. Mostly, her attitude was what threw me off, just a bad experience and I was charged $65. The bad reviews are real! Go someplace else!!!

When i first googled this place and read some of the reviews i wasn't sure if i wanted to still come and get my nails done but I'm glad a did because i was very happy and satisfied in the end. The ladies are extremely friendly and they have so many colours of shellac to choose from. Now i understand why they are so busy because they are fast and still do an amazing job!

I came here on Friday and boy were they busy! Right when I came in I was greeted and welcomed right away. I came here because this salon was recommended by a friend. Even though they were extremely booked they were able to fit me in. I was so happy with their service they are fast and efficient. They have this colour that is my new favourite called Sugar by bioseaweed! My new go to place for my nail services!!

So glad i found it because someone recommended this place in the area. They have a huge range of shellac colours to choose from. Definitely a must visit if you are in Richmond Hill looking for a Nail Salon

I came here during the easter long weekend and the service here was amazing! Even though they were crazy busy, they still did such a beautiful and efficient job! All the staff were so friendly, and this was my first time coming here. I decided to come here because i loved my co-worker's nails she recommended this place and i highly recommend it to everyone as well. Super thumbs up!! You wont be disappointed:)

I'm very picky when it comes to pedicure. I have to say that this place is very good to get your toes done. Everything is clean, girls are very caring. I got my toes done and upper leg wax by Kelly. She was very careful when I told her I have ingrown toenail, she actually cut it so my toe stop hurting. Also she has very light hand when she does waxing. My skin is super sensitive but after an hour all redness is gone. Anyway, I definitely recommend this salon. Just let them know what you need and they will do it for you.

I was looking for a new nail salon in my area and came across Fresh Bonsai. Very clean and professional. The workers really understand what you're asking for. They have lots of colour selections for shellac, I only do shellac nails. They have many brands of polishes that really do not chip at all, it's the most amount of wear I've gotten from a shellac manicure. Ask them what colours they would recommend, they're very friendly and professional. My favourite is French Pink by Gel II for the most natural sheer pink nails!

I live 20 minutes away and there's plenty of salons close to home. However, the trek is totally worth it if you are looking for quality!

I will never be returning here again!I hate having my toenails long so I trimmed them to my comfortable length before going and they were all so rude speaking in a mix of English and their language about how I cut my toenails before I went. The manager Kim who was doing my Mani/Pedi even called over another manicurist to come and see my short toenails and laugh. Every single one of them was making fun of the fact that I didn't want long toe nails. THEY ARE MY TOES DAMNIT!Another time I went for a pedicure a few months ago the woman pushed my cuticles so far back on my toes that 4 of my toes were bleeding. She complained that my toes aren't 'tough enough'. I'll be taking my 'delicate toes' to a place much more hygienic than them even if it means that I have to pay more!

Ive gone here twice, and they are SO over priced for what they produce. Honestly the only reason I've gone here is because my usual place was booked solid and i was desperate. they charge $45 for a FILLING. my usual place charges $25 its ridiculous. The second time i went a guy named john did my nails and it was the sloppiest job I've ever seen, i hate my nails so much (WHICH I PAID $45 ON) that I'm going to a different salon tomorrow to change them. I am NEVER going here again. I've spent $100 just for two fillings, and both times they were horrible. G-nails the next plaza over is amazing though. Cheap prices for an amazing job.

Two of the manicurists are great. I do like the place and they remove and wash filters in the foot baths - an absolute MUST. On the down side, the MANAGER is a tough, unfriendly and unaccommodating woman. The owner is KIM, but it is a well-kept secret.. Any time ther is an issue, KIM sends the MANAGER to handle it and KIM remains anonymous. I have had nails ruined because they rush me out the door and then they will not compensate me with a free manicure or a refund. I don't need to go to a mani/ped place where I do not feel welcomed by the MANAGER.

What a shame. The lady who is the owner is very nice and welcoming and offers you a drink while u wait for her RUDE staff to do your nails. 2 young asian girls are very rude and talk openly about you right in your face. I wish I knew her name so I could warn you not to have her do your nails!! She does a terrible job and when you ask her to fix something, she gets all huffy and has a really bad attitude and then tells the girl sitting next to her all about it. The two women owners are so nice, but their staff is going to ruin their business. Richmond Hill is very competitive for nail salons and something like this is bound to effect repeat business. I felt so uncomfortable after I left there that I will NEVER return! I spend a lot of money in these places and I am going to spend my money else ware!

I wish I could give a zero!! I go to different nail salons often as I travel a lot. This is by far the worst experience I've had! Jennifer, the girl who did my powder dip, DOES NOT know how to do the job and she should not be allowed near it! I came here on Friday and boy were they busy! Right when I came in I was greeted and welcomed right away. I came here because this salon was recommended by a friend. Even though they were extremely booked they were able to fit me in. I was so happy with their service they are fast and efficient. They have this colour that is my new favourite called Sugar by bioseaweed! My new go to place for my nail services!!

I'm very picky when it comes to pedicure. I have to say that this place is very good to get your toes done. Everything is clean, girls are very caring. I got my toes done and upper leg wax by Kelly. She was very careful when I told her I have ingrown toenail, she actually cut it so my toe stop hurting. Also she has very light hand when she does waxing. My skin is super sensitive but after an hour all redness is gone. Anyway, I definitely recommend this salon. Just let them know what you need and they will do it for you.

I was looking for a new nail salon in my area and came across Fresh Bonsai. Very clean and professional. The workers really understand what you're asking for. They have lots of colour selections for shellac, I only do shellac nails. Honestly the only reason I've gone here is because my usual place was booked solid and i was desperate. they charge $45 for a FILLING. my usual place charges $25 its ridiculous. On the down side, the MANAGER is a tough, unfriendly and unaccommodating woman. The owner is KIM, but it is a well-kept secret.. What a shame. The lady who is the owner is very nice and welcoming and offers you a drink while u wait for her RUDE staff to do your nails. 2 young asian girls are very rude and talk openly about you right in your face. I wish I knew her name so I could warn you not to have her do your nails!! She does a terrible job and when you ask her to fix something, she gets all huffy and has a really bad attitude and then tells the girl sitting next to her all about it. The two women owners are so nice, but their staff is going to ruin their business. Richmond Hill is very competitive for nail salons and something like this is bound to effect repeat business. I felt so uncomfortable after I left there that I will NEVER return! I spend a lot of money in these places and I am going to spend my money else ware!
