I have been a long time client of Classique Nails..we are talking 10 years or so and every since the change in ownership this year the customer service has gone completely downhill. They first took away my rewards card that I had from the previous owner without even letting me know if I had rewards to cash in on. When I asked about what rewards I had I was told that the new owner was not accepting the card and that everything was lost. I should have known right then and there that this place was going downhill. I had wanted to make an appointment to come in with my daughter for a special that they had going on but was told that the lady doing it was only in on certain days and that they would call her to find out if she could maybe accommodate me on the date that I was looking for. I never heard back from them. I stupidly continue to go and get my nails done and I really did like the girls that work there and they do a great job. In May 2018 I had made an appointment for mid-August for manicures and pedicures to be done on myself, my fiance and my daughter for my wedding. My daughter's manicure was a for a new set of gel nails. No problem appointment made. I was in at the end of June for a pedicure and as I was leaving I confirmed all three appointments scheduled in August as well as what was being done. All was good. Fast forward to today when my daughter phones to make an appointment for herself and a friend for a new gel set and pedicures and she was told that they no longer do gel nails.....PARDON???? So in the last two weeks you suddenly made this decision.....what nail salon does not do gel sets?? I called immediately and was told the same thing. I asked why I have not been informed of this as I have an appointment booked in August for a wedding. I was told that she was making her way through the list and calling people....I mean come on it shouldn't take you that long to call people to advise them and their probably is not that many people to call. I have to say this was the last straw!!! Why would you not have a backup supplier if you were wanting to change suppliers or let people know what was going on...this is not an overnight decision that one makes. Unfortunately the girls who work there are fantastic and I will miss chatting with them but the new owner does not seem to care about their customers no matter how long they have been one. My business is going elsewhere.

Went there last week. Pedicure was about an hour long. Was very gentle with my feet.. didn't poke my skin even once. Very relaxing with the massage chair. Only downfall was it took an hour to dry the ...
Went there last week. Pedicure was about an hour long. Was very gentle with my feet.. didn't poke my skin even once. Very relaxing with the massage chair. Only downfall was it took an hour to dry the polish under the drying machine.

Hana is a very nice lady however, my gel overlays were thick and unshapely, she put gold nail polish on me when I requested silver. I've emailed and called to give them a chance to fix but no one has...
Hana is a very nice lady however, my gel overlays were thick and unshapely, she put gold nail polish on me when I requested silver. I've emailed and called to give them a chance to fix but no one has responded. I paid 100.00 for a mani and pedi including tip and will have to go have my nails redone at another salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had a lovely lady doing my nails...unfortunately i must say anyone going here to get GEL nails beware. Their version of gel nails is really just acrylic but they try really hard to sell it as GEL. Did not cure under a UV light once. Still had to pay the expensive price for "gel"

Kimmy and Hannah, thanks for doing a great job on our pedi's and fill. Both my daughter and i have been coming her for years. Very clean. Spa atmosphere. Staff always friendly.

Just recently visited the nail spa twice. First time I was a "walk-in" into the shop for a meni/pedi at 6pm (closing time is at 7pm) and they gladly accommodated my desperate need for both treatments...
Just recently visited the nail spa twice. First time I was a "walk-in" into the shop for a meni/pedi at 6pm (closing time is at 7pm) and they gladly accommodated my desperate need for both treatments. The lady attending to me was in the shop until 7:42pm making sure I have taken care off properly. I had a first-class standard mani/pedi so well done that the polish on my avid gardening, house chores doing and constantly working on the computer keypad nails lasted for 12 straight days without touch-up!
Second time I tried the basic facial that was very relaxing, professional and left my skin clean, and refreshed. Great price, friendly atmosphere.
I am committed to be one of their regular customers from now on.

I love this spa. I don't usually review anyone online. But I took a chance on this place cause i saw good things on my yp app. The girl Kim was super nice. I had a toe nail bothering me and she removed it without hurting me. So not used to such gentle treatment. My toe is much better today. Also I noticed they are super clean. My daughter is studying to be an esthetician and i know tools need to be cleaned after. I didn't see the tools come in before my appt but seeing her take them for cleaning after shows its a proper clean place not a chop shop. Definitely going back for my massage next week! Thanks

Nothing was clean. Usually all nail salon tools come out of a fresh package. Not here. The tools were all dirty.
I had a shellac manicure. It was done horribly. It started to chip after 3 days (usually they last about 3 weeks).
I will never, ever come back here and I recommend no one goes here until they at least use clean tools.

Will NEVER go back. What a waste of time and money. The place itself looked nice and clean. The girl that was doing my nails (shellac manicure) seemed nice. However, she didn't clean or file or buffed my nails as I have asked repeatedly. So now there is all sorts of bumps under the shellac. The cuticles - it's been 24 hours, my hands look as if I never even go for a manicure. Three layers of shellac were applied so thick that at the tip of the nails you can feel and see the thick roll of extra polish. And guess what - 24 hours later one nail is already chipped. I am leaving tonight and I have no time to go and have it redone. I would not go back even if they offered me 10 free manicures.

I have been a long time client of Classique Nails..we are talking 10 years or so and every since the change in ownership this year the customer service has gone completely downhill. They first took away my rewards card that I had from the previous owner without even letting me know if I had rewards to cash in on. Hana is a very nice lady however, my gel overlays were thick and unshapely, she put gold nail polish on me when I requested silver. I've emailed and called to give them a chance to fix but no one has responded. I paid 100.00 for a mani and pedi including tip and will have to go have my nails redone at another salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a shellac manicure. It was done horribly. It started to chip after 3 days (usually they last about 3 weeks).
I will never, ever come back here and I recommend no one goes here until they at least use clean tools.

Will NEVER go back. What a waste of time and money. The place itself looked nice and clean. The girl that was doing my nails (shellac manicure) seemed nice. However, she didn't clean or file or buffed my nails as I have asked repeatedly. So now there is all sorts of bumps under the shellac.
