I'm done finding excuses to return to this Designer Nails establishment. This time Allan (owner) sprayed my black over the white and left smudges, I corrected him and he refused to fix it muttering that he doesn't care what I want or think. I told him I couldn't live two weeks with the paint looking like that and again he said "I don't care". So where did the customer service go? Where did RESPECT go with this couple? He made the mistake and he should care enough to fix it right there and then. According to Allan, he doesn't have to care what we the customer wants or thinks because he has many customers. So if we leave and don't come back, he doesn't care. I have concerns also that I am not seeing his attachments being cleaned after every customer. Lets hope the nick on my finger doesn't amount to anything lol So Allan, that $20.00 tip I leave you every time is GONE, GONE, GONE. But you "don't care." Right! Read Less
