Great place! I cannot believe some of the reviews on here, but MY experience at Pembroke Nails was wonderful! The staff were kind, took their time, did exactly what I wanted and the outcome of my nails was phenomenol! They did a great job!

Moved to petawawa almost 2 years ago from Toronto and missed getting my nails done. Then I found this gem in the pembroke mall the girls are friendly an know exactly what I like. Would definitely recommend I always have a great experience and go home loving my nails!

I love Pembroke nails, I've never had my nails done there but get my eyebrows waxed with them! Since i moved here 2.5 years ago I didn't trust anybody to touch them but I am happy to say Pembroke Nail...
I love Pembroke nails, I've never had my nails done there but get my eyebrows waxed with them! Since i moved here 2.5 years ago I didn't trust anybody to touch them but I am happy to say Pembroke Nails has my business.
Regarding all of the 1 star reviews looks like fake reviews to me. Notice how all of them are from 3 weeks ago? Just a coincidence? I don't think so.... This is petty drama and these girls leaving those reviews are trying to tarnish the reputation of a great business here in Pembroke.
Do not let those reviews influence you. I have many friends who go and get their nails done at Pembroke nails who have had nothing but an amazing experience and their nails turn out incredible.

Terrible service! Got an awful nail infection from here, not to mention the terrible customer service and the absolute FILTH of the tools used and the employees.

Went in for an appointment, and was asked to leave by a manager because apparently one of the employees “doesn’t like me” and she was “uncomfortable” seeing me there. Absolutely ridiculous. So apparen...
Went in for an appointment, and was asked to leave by a manager because apparently one of the employees “doesn’t like me” and she was “uncomfortable” seeing me there. Absolutely ridiculous. So apparently they turn away everyone their employees don’t like. Would never recommend this place to anyone, and will be telling everyone I know about the immaturity of the employees and managers there.

Called early this afternoon to make an appointment, they took my name, everything was good. Great service over the phone. Got there and tell them I’m there for my appointment, the manager (I’m assuming?) kicks me out because apparently one of their employees doesn’t like me. They had my name and could have told me that over the damn phone instead of me driving all the way to the east end mall from petawawa just to be refused service. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

After a wickedly horrible expierience trying to get into another place these girls saved the day my friend and I drove an hour and walked in for pedis and manis, chelsea did a FANTASTIC job and the other girls were personable and treated us so well we will be back !
