I booked a eminence organic customized facial, after hearing about this spa from friends from work. I was thoroughly impressed with the building, the staff and most importantly the treatment. The facial was stimulating, relaxing and refreshing. It made my skin feel new again, and I could feel the increased stimulation right away. I left feeling exfoliated. That’s a funny response from the owner... Initially I gave this spa 1 star because I witnessed a client being rudely spoken to in an argumentative tone, loudly in front of other clients. Welcoming environment, great services. I got a package of three facials and I was impressed every time. I have blemish-prone skin and my acne cleared up pretty quickly after each and every facial. Peppermint spa is a great place! From the customer service, service delivery, and products being used to the lasting effect when you leave and receive compliments! I have been seeing Charmaine for almost 10 years now and will not consider seeing any other aesthetician other than her or her staff. Charmaine's passion for natural products has been a big motivator and driven her to open peppermint spa and share her passion with others.
