Great location and the customer service is very friendly. They seem to know most of the clients by name which is rare these days. One of the last small shops that still feels like a small shop and not a ultra expensive spa. I liked the laid back friendly atmosphere and the waxing was done excellently.

This is an excellent spa! I have been coming here for over 20 years and feel the staff are welcoming and attentive to my needs. The best facials are provided along with relaxing, soothing massages. My favourite is the Swedish massage with hydrotherapy. Amazing! I can't say enough about the professional and friendly staff. Noemi, Magdalena and Lydia will take good care of you.

I love this spa, very relaxing anytime I go. I've had massages, soaked in the hot tub, had facials, manis and pedis. Wonderful people, lovely spot to relax.

I am moving now from Old Ottawa South but I want to recommend Atlantis Spa to anyone looking for a spa that cherishes its clients, Adolfo who gives incredible massage treatments, Maggie for your wonderful facials and Lydia for organizing all and reminding me of my appointments! I discovered Atlantis Beauty Spa a few years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. Yes there are a ton of spas in and around the Ottawa area but I have found that the services provided by Atlantis and their staff has always been friendly, prompt and very professional. I have found the Spa to be a warm and inviting place. You're treated like a VIP guest from the moment you are greeted by the friendly Receptionist to getting your services done. I also like how there is a no pressure approach to how they do business. Atlantis is one of the more established Spas in Ottawa and I've found that because of this you get solid experience and knowledge from their staff. All in all if you're looking for a relaxing experience by great staff Atlantis is a good choice. Recently they've hired a new masseur named Adolfo. This guy hands down gives the BEST massage I've ever had. He has 26yrs experience and is well versed in all the most popular types of massages. He is professional and makes you feel at ease right away. I have some serious health issues which makes my muscles sore and tight and after one session with this guy I feel better than I have in years. I cannot stress enough how good this guy is. If you're looking for the best massage of your life I'd suggest trying Adolfo out. Trust me....you will not be disappointed in his abilities.

This is an excellent spa! I have been coming here for over 20 years and feel the staff are welcoming and attentive to my needs. The best facials are provided along with relaxing, soothing massages.
