Great nail salon! It's clean, they do an excellent job with my nails, and the price is fair. The staff are friendly, and it's thoughtful that they include the customers in their conversation. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to this place. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. My nails are laughable! I could have done a better job on my nails and I paid $40 for them. I got shellac, 3 different colours and one was supposed to be the marble look. The lady who apparently was the only one that day that could do that design had the audacity to say my nail was not long enough for the design when I complained about it not looking good. Why wouldn't you say that before we got started??Additionally, they do not have have their prices anywhere which means they can charge whatever they feel like. Best salon nails in Oshawa where i have done full set. The bio gel kept too long more than another place which i tried before . I was amazing with the staffs there and enjoyed and experienced great time and have funny time. Especially the salon is so clean. If someone ask me that where is best salon nails in Oshawa ? Been here many times however, they are slacking in quality and service. The services should be relaxing not rushed and as a customer I don't want to supervise or dbl check your work. I was very disappointed with my experience today. I had a pedicure and they didn’t even begin to deliver the services advertised. They’re nice enough but I felt like I was doing them a favour. Not the experience I was looking for. Sadly, I brought my granddaughter in for her first manicure. She felt like they were rushing so they could do someone else’s nails. It was meant to be special. I am really disappointed. I have been here before and it was much better. I don’t treat myself very often. Worst service ever, it took a total of 4 girls to do my nails. Those idiots burned my finger tips. It was my first and last time going there, I'm looking to file a lawsuit against those morons. Went in for a shellac colour change -- was in my seat for 15min. Paint in my cuticles, didn't even bother shaping my nails etc. Horrible experience, will never go back! They also charged me an additional 5 dollars to remove the old polish but yet you can still see the old polish through the shellac. I could of done a better job myself. Read Less

This used to be my go to nail place, but as of lately I have started to avoid shellac nails. The owner(?) is a lovely lady however, I feel as though it is not about the customers anymore but rather, getting in as many paying people as possible opposed to keeping the clients happy and satisfied. My last experience: I was a regular here until about 2 months ago when I stopped coming because I had not had the time to get my nails refilled. Furthermore, I walked into the the store and noticed it was busy but i proceeded to ask if there was anytime for a fill and they told me "Yes, it will be a few minutes." A few minutes then turned into 30 minutes and ANOTHER 30 minutes after they had seated me at a nail station. Now, I usually get my nails done with Jen so this could have been the problem, but they got the newer lady to do my nails. I asked for BIO gel with shellac on top. I also proceeded to let the woman know, I like my nails to be THIN, almost like there is nothing on them. Reasonable, no? ANYWAYS, she put on THICK layers and told me she would buff it down.... but never did.. she continued to add even more thickness with 3 shellac coats. She then got up and started working on someone else before my nails were even finished. I was very unhappy and asked another lady to fix them, which she did but was not happy about and huffed the whole time. Overall, I wasted $60-70 and 3 hours of my day only to get the nails removed the next day due to how terrible they turned out. This place is not what it used to be.... I'm very disappointed. Went for the first time today and got a manicure. Not impressed. Very disappointed, actually. It could have been the time of day (went around 6pm) or just the woman I had, but the service was poor and they weren't particularly friendly. Polite, sure. Professional, I guess, except instead of talking with me, my manicurist mostly talked with the lady who did my sister's nails who was sitting in the station next to me. I got the french manicure, which is more expensive than th...e basic manicure, yet the treatment my nails received was of lower quality than my sister, who got just the basic one. Her manicurist moisturized and massaged her hands, but mine did not. Instead, my cuticles are even more dry and unpleasant looking from the alcohol/nail polish remover used to strip my nails before applying the polish. My one nail bed is now scabbed over from the cuticle trimming, which okay, yes accidents happen, but ALL of my nail beds were throbbing and irritated when I left. I will not be returning. Even the polish job is no better than what I would have done on my own. Never again. I feel very unsatisfied and that I wasted $22. I could have had a nice lunch out with friends instead, lol. Anyway, I'm guessing this was maybe a fluke, and/or bad timing...I hope this isn't a common experience there. Maybe it was just the woman I had. I wish I could talk with them without bursting into tears. I started coming here for just getting my eyebrows waxed, thought I would treat myself to a pedi, first time for this service. Did a good job, but still had some rough areas on my feet, need to work on taking a wee bit more time to get rid of that for our customers. Also found the prices a wee bit expensive. Too expensive, very unprofessional and unlike any nail salon / spa I have ever been too, very mediocre and a big cash grab , I paid $5 extra dollars (included every where else) to have the lady put exfoliant on my legs only to wash it off and not massage or actually scrub, nail polish did not cover entire nail in toe or fingers (two different ladies ) I am not new to the mani /pedi experience this is a biweekly treat for myself , this was my first (went with a wedding party) and last time I will go here , they ladies may be polite but definatly require more esthetics training ! Last night for 10 of us ladies choose this location to have our feet and nails prior to a Saturday wedding. The service was with a smile but everyone agreed that the we were rushed and very sloppy job. I still have rough areas on my feet as it took no lie 2 min to remove dead skin. Not one person was happy with the over all product. I expressed my concerns and the manager redid my nails however I need to return today for my feet to be fixed. My 10 year old daughter does a better job painting my nails then what I received. Plus it was very expensive!
