Great service! The manager is very friendly and does everything she can to make your experience amazing here. Ask for Tina or Tiffany when you’re there and you won’t be disappointed!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I had broken a nail while i was at Costco, but was heading to Wal-Mart after so decided to stop in to get it fixed. They didn't have the same colour so i decided to get them all re-done (even though i just got them put on fresh a week before). What a mistake that was!!!! The polish job was horrible and uneven!!! The sparkle tip on my accent nail was a whole other story! Literally sprinkled sparkles over top of my nail like i was at a craft center!?!?! As soon as the young guy was done, i got right up and told the lady I first delt with, how unhappy i was and showed her the chunks of polish under my nail bed. She told me she would clean it up for me....my thought was why wasn't this done before he told me i was "done". She used tools that he hadnt even touched while doing my nails in the first place. Icing on the cake.... When I go to pay there is another lady there who had just received a pedicure who was complaining about the horrible job that had just been done to her toes!!!! She said to me " apparently they don't know what they're doing here" and i couldn't have agreed more with her..I can gaurentee the two of us won't be returning to this "nail salon" if thats what you want to call it...if you have a 5 year old at home, break out a bottle of polish and a nail file because that's the look you'll get while going here!!!!
Wish i wouldve looked at reviews before going here....
You need to shut this place down.

Excellent experience. A friend and I took our two little daughters for pedicures and they treated them like princesses. Very happy with all our nails, the staff are wonderful. We'll definitely be goin...

I hated it. The prices were cheap and the work was ok! I went to get a nail fixed from them and I got nothing but attitude from the girl with the red hair. They try to offer you a drink but leave you ...
I hated it. The prices were cheap and the work was ok! I went to get a nail fixed from them and I got nothing but attitude from the girl with the red hair. They try to offer you a drink but leave you sitting in a chair for 20 minutes not communicating with you and it wasn't even busy. Two of the workers were sitting around and one was sitting there eating. I can another time but have called 40 min in advanced Bec I needed to fix another bio gel nail with tips, when I called they told me 6 the called I got there at 5:40 and they closed the gates I said to one of the lady's " I thought you closed at 6 I just called " she looked stunned looked at me and asked " what I needed done" I said. "I needto fix my broken nail " she said "oh sorry" and walked away. I gave these ppl three chances and disappointed me and there service was horrible.

Worst service ever! Ever single time I go here with an appointment I end up waiting over 30 mins. I've tried 3 different times, with an appointment and it's always the same. So if you have 2 hours to kill for a 20 minute pedicure, by all means give them you're 30 bucks.

I had broken a nail while i was at Costco, but was heading to Wal-Mart after so decided to stop in to get it fixed.
