The negative reviews for this spot are from the previous owner (Nice One Nails) Jennys Nails and Lashes is a new establishment that opened 3 weeks ago. I had my nails and lashes done by Jenny the week she opened and I had a great experience. Competitive prices and excellent service. A huge plus, is that she used a “dip artificial nail technique”. There was less drilling powder, the nails are light and strong. I highly recommend Jenny!

About 5 minutes in, the pedicurist cut my toe (she was talking to a coworker while using cuticle cutters) enough that it bled. When we got to my mani, I think the polish was expired because when I looked at the finished product the coverage is all uneven and blotted. I think I'll pay a bit more and go somewhere else next time...

I went to this place a month ago!! NEVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! THEY BURNT MY EYEBROWS! Ineeded my nails and eyebrows done. They took almost 2 hours for my nails and all of the fake nail was glued to my skin for a good 2 weeks! They made it worse! The chinese lady put wax 3 times underneath my eyebrow and the wax was too hot! I clearly mentioned not to put wax again apparently she didnt understand english and burt me! Worst experience ever!!

Horrible nail salon, wouldn't recommend. I went in for a pedicure, sat for almost 30 mins with feet in cold water waiting for nails to be done. One aesthetician was free but chose to do her own nails ...
Horrible nail salon, wouldn't recommend. I went in for a pedicure, sat for almost 30 mins with feet in cold water waiting for nails to be done. One aesthetician was free but chose to do her own nails instead. Pedicure was extremely basic and rushed; no treatment to cuticles, no foot massage etc. Was told to sit and let dry, no foot dryer used. Horrible service. I'm 9 months pregnant and they didn't even offer to help getting off chair or putting flip flops on so nails wouldn't get touched.

If I could put zero stars I would. Went in for a pedicure and left with a bad case of cellulitis ... I was on IV drip and immobile for over 4 weeks. Over a year later and my foot/leg still have not ...
If I could put zero stars I would. Went in for a pedicure and left with a bad case of cellulitis ... I was on IV drip and immobile for over 4 weeks. Over a year later and my foot/leg still have not returned to it's normal size; the swelling may never go down.

This place has really gone down hill. My shellac manicure is so bad I am going to have to go and get it re done somewhere else. It is patchy and all over my skin. It is already peeling off within 12 h...
This place has really gone down hill. My shellac manicure is so bad I am going to have to go and get it re done somewhere else. It is patchy and all over my skin. It is already peeling off within 12 hours. The man who set me up to remove the shellac I already had on spilled accetone all over my pants. The girl sitting beside me also was not happy. I wont be back.

However, I had to return after getting a set of nails. The First Lady did a design on my nail and it chipped off within an hour of me lea...

However, I had to return after getting a set of nails. The First Lady did a design on my nail and it chipped off within an hour of me leaving the nail salon. When I returned to get the nail replenished, they could not find the shade. When I told them I wanted the nail to be painted white the nail associate refused to do what I wanted. She sated "it won't look good". She went on disregarding what I had asked and painted it a completed different shade of pink. With me AGAIN expressing my dissatisfaction with the colour as it did not match, and requested once AGAIN, she paint the nail white, she refused and said they're closing.
this is BY FAR the worst service in the nail industry I have ever received.
I will NEVER visit this location again

Been going here for 6 month and it's great but Today tec had no idea what she was doing, asked for different girl, they said I would be happy. It hurt and burnt a lot when she was using the machines, Nails turned out chunky, different lengths, hair stuck in nail polish and bubbles as too much nail polish was applied. Went back to fix and they were very rude.

The reason there's no business hours online is because they come when they want. I got there at 9:50am. The hours on the door said they open at 10am. No one showed up until 10:20am. Worst service.

I used to love it here, I was a customer for 3+ years but they have now changed ownership and it is all new staff. Staff were harsh and barely spoke. The water tub was filled with a plastic liner so there were no jets. They rushed through my pedicure and extra service (maybe took 10-15 minutes for them to do the whole pedicure, where as the previous owners really took their time on you) The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because my acrylics don't look terrible. I'm so sad that I have to find a new nail salon.

Told me a certain wait time and I ended up waiting longer then anticipated, I was actually about to leave when they told me to to take a seat, hence why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. In the future I will be booking an appointment. Other then that they shaped my nails equally, the lady recommended shalac colour that I love (rose gold). Treated my nail like a piece of art.

I waited on two occasions and had to leave because the service is incredibly slow. Unbelievable. How is 10 min waiting an half an hour. Also they use plastic bag as a barrier for their pedicure tubs.

Have been coming here for 4 years and never seen the salon so understaffed and with techs who were far slower than I've ever seen. Told 20 minute wait and hour later after saying I need to leave in 55...
Have been coming here for 4 years and never seen the salon so understaffed and with techs who were far slower than I've ever seen. Told 20 minute wait and hour later after saying I need to leave in 55 minutes was told only couple more minutes. Left after being seated 15 minutes later and tech went to fix a woman who wasn't happy with her nails.

The negative reviews for this spot are from the previous owner (Nice One Nails) Jennys Nails and Lashes is a new establishment that opened 3 weeks ago. I had my nails and lashes done by Jenny the week she opened and I had a great experience. Competitive prices and excellent service. A huge plus, is that she used a “dip artificial nail technique”. One aesthetician was free but chose to do her own nails instead. This place has really gone down hill. My shellac manicure is so bad I am going to have to go and get it re done somewhere else. It is patchy and all over my skin. It is already peeling off within 12 hours. The man who set me up to remove the shellac I already had on spilled accetone all over my pants. The girl sitting beside me also was not happy. I used to love it here, I was a customer for 3+ years but they have now changed ownership and it is all new staff. Staff were harsh and barely spoke. The water tub was filled with a plastic liner so there were no jets. They rushed through my pedicure and extra service (maybe took 10-15 minutes for them to do the whole pedicure, where as the previous owners really took their time on you) The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because my acrylics don't look terrible.
