I went to this place on a whim and I should have waited to go to my regular place. This nail salon is a rip off! I was told to sit in the chair and a lady would be 5min, I sat there for 15min waiting for someone to even talk to me. I asked for French no shellac and for my whole pedicure all I heard was "you should get shellac". I don't want shellac! Then when I was done my toes were blue and the lady didn't even get all the old nailpolish off my nails. I showed the guy at the front desk my feet and all he did was yell in Korean to someone and then offered me 5 bucks off my total. Really? 5 bucks? Are you kidding me??? The WORST customer service I have ever seen! This place is a joke, got my nails done here with shellac and it started peeling just a week later. I called to make an appointment to have it fixed. When I arrived the manager told me I’d have to wait an hour as she has an appointment! Why did I make an appointment if I still have to wait an hour?! I don’t think they deserve the one star. They are a bunch of fools. They charge whatever they feel when you pay with debit. I questioned the manager when we were in a heated argument over the nail job that I had received and she couldn’t even answer me she answered with well anyways. ??? will not be going here again..... the first few times i went here it was great the last two were horrible. when i was there they talked about how horrible my nails were and how bad my upkeep was with them i felt awkward when she was describing my nails to a co-worker when i bite them from anxiety so that’s why i get fake nails. felt pressure (DUMB) to get something more then i wanted. when i was there 3 people had appointments and still had to wait 20-40 mins they seemed frustrated as would I. the lady told me to not watch her do nails and to relax. well i enjoy watching and also makes sure they don’t ruin them. I got my nails done a few days ago (monday, it’s thursday) and they are still hurting when i touch them. they yell out your tip i front of everyone ... so rude. TERRIBLE. Went for a normal pedicure and the girl got my feet soaking and said about 10 minutes. It was 20 minutes later. She hurt a lot doing the cuticle part. After I was done she couldn't get my nails to dry I sat there under the dryer for an hour 10 minutes then she put some kind of oil on my nails and wrapped my feet in glad wrap and sent me home. REALLY!!! So a total of almost 2 hours for a friggin pedicure. They also charge .50 cents for a new file (Which you don't see them open) and they don't offer it to you to take home.??? ⛔WARNING: AVOID AVOID AVOID⛔ PICTURE BELOW OF HOLE ON THE SIDE OF MY FOOT This is what happened to my foot while having a pedicure with 'Kathy' @nailsforyou My daughter was sitting next to me when her pedicure lady told Kathy about my foot (while talking in a language I am unfamiliar with) at this point my daughter saw it and told me to look at my foot. Before I could look at it, Kathy quickly pours Bleach in the water with my feet still in the water. It hurt!! That's when I tried to tell Kathy that she had been so rough that I now have a sizable hole on the side of foot, however she didn't listen and quickly finished up. I was to shy to say anything more at that point (DUMB) and figured it would just need a band aid and some Polysporin. The next morning we were off to Orlando. When I woke that morning, we saw it was infected. I immediately called 'Nails For You' asked for the manager and after giving them my name and explaining what had happened with my foot, he came back on the phone and said Kathy had never heard of me before. How can that be?? Kathy had been doing ALL my manicures/pedicures for 3 years and even calling on occasion to my home to see how I was doing as I am chronically ill. Not to mention, that when we would go get our nails done, it was always me and my 2 teenagers and when she would see me coming, she would run over and hug me. Now there was an issue and suddenly she had never heard of me before. The manager hung the phone up and that was it. So, I ended up getting a Tetanus shot and antibiotics for my vacation. BEWARE: Yes, they might give you a discount if you pay cash but then you have no receipt. It took almost 6 weeks to heal and now I have a pretty nasty scar on my foot. This nail salon overcharged my 12 and 13 year old girls who went in alone while I was in another store. One of the employees asked my 13 year old how much money she had in her wallet. While my 12 year olds nails turned out beautifully, my 13 year kid's nails did not turn out well at all. Although the manager seemed to be nice and quick to agree to redo her nails, the staff were rude to the girls the entire time. 20 minutes After her nails were redone one of them fell off. I went here out of geographic convenience for an acrylic fill. I was quoted $23. Two of my Nails were chipped so I knew they would need to be removed and replaced with new ones, but the eight others were fine. After she filed down my acrylics the lady said they all needed to be done or there was no point in her doing them so I felt forced into it. She was really rough when filing and ended up slicing the side of my finger open and I bled. She was then complaining about how my hand was too tense and she couldn't work on my Nails and kept repeating for me to relax. I was relaxed! But she kept repeating and going on about how she can't work on my Nails and really annoyed me. I would like to add I have been to numerous different salons and this has never been an issue before. She was also really rough when holding on to my finger and at times felt like she was going to break it. When I was done she also had me leave the store with nail Polish and acrylic remnants all over my hands. She did end up doing a good job on my Nails and I have to admit she was very talented at drawing designs. So I was pleased with the results. But I was not pleased with the lack of customer service and the fact that something that was quoted at $23 ended up being over $60.
