My experience was terrible. I had Julie who did my nails. She got up probably over 10 times and left me sitting there. Took way longer then it should have. My nails are all different lengths. I felt she rushed through the job because they took too many customers they could handle. I was very unimpressed. Will never go back. Read Less

The lady that did my pedicure was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The leg/foot massage was much better than other places I have been. When they got busy, they called in more staff. Which impressed me, because at other places, they just rush through everything to get you out of there and on to the next person. I went to this salon for the first time last week. I believe Tracy did my nails. She was meticulous and really listened to what I wanted. She removed my bio gel and replaced it with a simple shellac manicure. She 'nailed' the shape and the polish has lasted almost a week already. I waited a bit of time before writing a review because sometimes shellac just ends up peeling off on me, but she really got it to stick. The salon was clean, modern and bright. The staff are very nice here and spend a good amount have time making sure that your manicure is perfect. The staff all speak English and include you in the conversation which is nice because some places you're sitting there getting a manicure and the staff are all talking to each other in some language you don't understand. They always do a really great job and the owner makes sure of that. I particularly like the shape that they do the nails, I would say no other place I've gone to does the shape as nice as they do. They might be a little bit more expensive than some places, but I continue to go there because of how nice the nails look and how great the staff is. They do take walk-ins as well. They're one of the only places in Oshawa that will do powder dip Nails which is great as well. I would highly recommend this place to anybody. Read Less

My mother and I came here for shellac pedi, bio gel mani and my mother also had lash extensions 4 days before our vacation. I paid over $300 for both of us. Shellac pedi a person - $43Biogel with extension new set - $65. Biogel refill - $55Eyelash extension - $80 This nail salon has so many good reviews online, but we were so disappointed with the salon.Julie is probably the best person at the salon to get your nails done with. She takes her time and is very knowledgeable. She will communicate with you so that you aren't shocked by the price or any actions after. The place is clean and when you get a Pedicure, it is the full works, a bit on the pricey side but worth the treatment you get from the ladies.Sylvia is incredibly friendly and applies the polish very well and not too thick. The ladies remember their clients and are very attentive and sweet.  Whatever you do, AVOID ANDY. Not only is he pushy about what HE wants to do for your nails, he is way too overconfident about skills that he cannot back up. Both my mother and I had him for our bio gel nails. It has only been a week (I am still on vacation) and three fingers on each hand have cracked or PEELED off the bio gel itself. I've been getting my nails done forever, so my nails are long with no extension. I could see my nail coming away from the gel. My mom's nails were uneven and both our nails were thick. Mine weren't even thick all around, but rather on one half of the nail so it was very uneven. My nails were so unstable I had to cut them down three days into my vacation. My mothers shellac pedi is even chipping already and her lash extensions are already half off after only 9 days. Honestly so disappointed with what could have been a great place if not for being understaffed and inconsistent service. Definitely NO bang for your buck and more pricey than places I usually go to. On July 20th, I had the pleasure of meeting Julie and I received two services from her, one being seaweed bio gel nails and the other eyebrow waxing. I have searched high and low across Oshawa for someone who can do nails on chewed up finger beds and could never find anyone who did the job perfectly. I have been to this establishment 4 times and the service is not consistent. The women who work there take their time and pay attention when you get your nails done however the male employees lack fineness. On this occasion today he left half of my nail without polish. He was in such a hurry-even though I was the only client- that he didn't let the acetone soak for more than 1mim before digging the polish from my nail. My nails are also cut uneven. Honestly, I loved this place, but I felt so rushed. I brought my husband for the first time last Saturday for a pedicure. I wanted the experience to be great for him. The lady that did my pedicure was the same that did his. She had to switch in between us the whole time. Then after painting my nails they were in such a rush to get me off the chair as they overbooked and my nail polish wasn't even dry and now my pedicure looks awful cause the polish on both my big toes is ruined. I really wanted to love this place as they had great reviews, but the rushing and one girl doing both of us and telling me I was done and my nails not being dry really ruined the whole experience. I couldn't understand how 1 girl doing both me and my husband at the same time finished before the lady sitting next to me getting the exact same time. We even waited 0ver an hour after our appt time to even get in and to be rushed after that made it not a good experience at all. Read Less

Have been here a few times for my nails and loved it! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Last time I was there I saw someone getting their lashes done for a vacation. Since I had an upcoming vacation I decided I would book an appointment and try it out. Absolutely love them!!
