Canadian girl was warm and friendly. The manicurist was awful! Polished my nails twice and they still came out lumpy with polish over the nail line and on my skin. The manicurist didn't take her time to do a good job, even the 2nd time around. I will not go back there ever. Poor quality. Read Less

Really great nail bar! I made an appointment for my sister and I to get manicures; I got bio gel "fake nails" and she got shellac. The salon is very clean and we received professional, high quality service. My nails are perfect and they have a wide selection of colours. Very modern style salon, comfy chairs, relaxing music, good vibes and the salon is wheelchair accessible. I definitely recommend you get your nails done here. Read Less

The service the first time I came in was really nice and friendly. The second time, I was a walk in to see if they could do a colour change. They were crazy busy but we’re happy to squeeze me in! I ended up having to leave for an emergency, but they made sure to help me with an appointment for the next day I was available. I just had my nails done again and they did an awesome job again. Tried this place. One of my nails fell off an hour after leaving there!! I’ve never had this happen with any other place I’ve been. Came in to see if they would fix ONE NAIL and they said no!!! They don’t have time. Excuse me but now I have to go to work with my nails looking worse than when I came in here AND go pay somewhere else to fix your crappy job. I would have been a good client as I get my nails done every 3 weeks. I will never come back here. Waste of my time and money. Read Less

management was terrible. rushed us out which resulted in smudges on my toes and i still payed full price. One of the girls was very patient and kind though but i still am never returning. they favoured other customers who have been there before and didn’t care about new people. save your time and money and go to Nice One Nails down the road. in reply to their response: I must have misheard her name then but there was only one nice worker and i was in fact rushed out because i was sitting at the dryer and i got told that my toes were dry even though i was only there for a minute so you could fit another customer in and my toes weren’t dry!!! so you told me they were done and I knew they were not so when you took my flip flops and made me put my boots back on; they smudged inside. i told the worker at the front desk and she told me i could come back another day at a discounted rate. very disappointed and the fact that you are arguing with your guest makes it even worse in response: okay so am i supposed to stand in the middle of your lobby without shoes on after you rushed me out of my chair? why would i ever come back to that place... thanks for the offer but i wil forever take my business elsewhere. your staff did not speak to the guests and i called to confirm my appointment an hour before and when i got there you said you didn’t have it and i had to wait for almost an hour.
