worst nail place I’ve been too. This was my second time at Tina’s to give them a second chance from the first time I visited. She does not do even work whatsoever, they also do not understand basic nail shapes. ALL of my nails are wonky and NONE of them match. She built onto them because I asked for rounded ... her husband does them POINTED. Like stiletto .. so I tell them no that’s not what I asked for I need them re done I cannot have pointed nails. Instead of Tina re doing them she builds onto them. They are lopsided , tilted , some are way too wide some are too skinny, she overlapped the acrylic UNDER my nails which you can completely see. I paid $45 and I’ve had my nails done at all kinds of places and this place is hands down the worst. I also must add that while she was “re doing “ my nails that her and her daughter stood there whispering in Vietnamese about me. Go somewhere else this place is a total waste of money. You tell them ur nails aren’t even and Tina will give you the file and tell you to do it yourself. Tell her again after you refuse and say that’s your job and she files them and you say still not even she says “it’s fine wait till polish is on” GO ELSEWHERE !!!

Went and got my nails done there 2 days ago. The work was so bad I could do nothing but laugh. I demanded they fix them and they were STILL horrible so i just told them to remove them.

Went and got my nails done there 2 days ago. The work was so bad I could do nothing but laugh. I demanded they fix them and they were STILL horrible so i just told them to remove them.
Dont waste your time or money. They rush through it and are too busy yelling at each other across the salon to do a proper job. They also cut my cuticles with the file twice. How this place is still in business is beyond me.

The owners don’t really care about your experience, no interaction (which is fine), nor do they listen to what you ACTUALLY want and instead suggest and do other things then add up the price and give it. “$5 more for that, oh, $10 more for that.” The work is very poor as well, paid for a manicure and the next day I wanted to go back and get them to refund me because it my nails looked fake, like they needed a fill, and as if I was due already for another manicure. So not happy. Also poor colour selection.

Really unsatisfied with the job they did. I got acrylic with shellac and it started peeling the same day. I would not recomend this place.

Best set of nails i have ever had! Doubled tipped for strength and durability, have not had any issues, very friendly atmosphere

I had a terrible experience. My friend and I went to get shellac done and after realizing that we were not satisfied with what they had done (our nails were still dirty, the file was filthy, you could see the streaks in our polish, our full nail was not even covered, there was shellac cured to our skin and they chipped when I opened the car door). Needless to say we went back in to ask for our money because we did not have time to get them fixed. We were greeted by "what's wrong with them". The lady that was working was completely rude and said that it was our fault that they were dirty, she refused to give our money back, she said she could fix it with another coat of polish when you could easily see that they needed to be completely redone. When we said we didn't have time she responded with "ok, whatever then". Completely unprofessional and her rude behaviour was astounding. I would never recommend Tina's nails...completely disgusted with their service.

Very expensive for poor service. She ripped my real nail while changing my acrylic set and left the glue all over my fingers. My current shellac manicure has bubbles in it...

Very expensive for poor service. She ripped my real nail while changing my acrylic set and left the glue all over my fingers. My current shellac manicure has bubbles in it and it's hardly evenly painted.
Don't even bother going here!

I don't recommend this salon. My friend and I went there, they weren't very friendly. Didn't talk to us. I have a thick layer of shellac and not even 2 weeks later pulling up my pants a nail broke off...
I don't recommend this salon. My friend and I went there, they weren't very friendly. Didn't talk to us. I have a thick layer of shellac and not even 2 weeks later pulling up my pants a nail broke off. I called and went back. She didn't shape my nail to match the rest(one of my friends were broke too) cut her finger. We paid and walked out as she was too busy on the phone.

Very poor - the manicurist was so rushed and amateur, she put nail polish all over my toes and said she'd 'clean it up afterwards'. Not cool, and it looked terrible 'afterwards'. My nail was also filed at such a sharp & uneven angle, I had to ask that it be 'fixed' (it was worse after). I hope with their new renovations, they include some real training for their staff.

worst nail place I’ve been too. This was my second time at Tina’s to give them a second chance from the first time I visited. She does not do even work whatsoever, they also do not understand basic nail shapes. ALL of my nails are wonky and NONE of them match. I have a thick layer of shellac and not even 2 weeks later pulling up my pants a nail broke off. I called and went back. She didn't shape my nail to match the rest(one of my friends were broke too) cut her finger. We paid and walked out as she was too busy on the phone.
