Staff member who did my manicure does not speak English; the senior staff member was unfriendly. The manicure itself was messy. Plus, Regal Nails does not accept a charge card. The debit machine was malfunctioning and I needed to get cash back at Walmart at POS. I will not be returning to get a manicure here.

Surly staff could barely answer any simple questions without being snarky, closes early and has erratic hours. Skip this dump and go somewhere else.

Went there today, got my eyebrows done... asked her to CLEAN them up... meaning not to touch my shape... left with like NO eyebrows, completely changed the shape of them... plus she stopped in the mid...
Went there today, got my eyebrows done... asked her to CLEAN them up... meaning not to touch my shape... left with like NO eyebrows, completely changed the shape of them... plus she stopped in the middle of doing my eyebrows to take a 5 minute phone call. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible place

One of the worst pedi's I've had in a long long time.
For starters the lady doing it literally did not say one word to me. Not even hello. Just pointed at whatever she wanted. Second, barely used the...
One of the worst pedi's I've had in a long long time.
For starters the lady doing it literally did not say one word to me. Not even hello. Just pointed at whatever she wanted. Second, barely used the file. My feet are rougher now then when I went in, 3rd, no leg or foot massage. I'm not even sure the lotion was absorbed. Put some on her hands and ran it across my leg once. 4: clipped too close to cuticle bed, cut me. No acknowledgement when can clearly see it's cut. Still hurts. 5: painted the nails. (Which was fine). Left me sitting there while it dried (again that's fine) but when I asked twice if I was ok to go I was ignored. I finally just got up after 15 min.
Definitely will never go back. Which is disappointing because I had always heard good things about them. One star rating from this girl!

For starters the lady doing it literally did not say one word to me. Not even hello. Just pointed at whatever she wanted. Second, barely used the file. You pay for what you get, my nails were filed crooked and paint job wasn't great. It was clean and tools are all sterilized.

Staff member who did my manicure does not speak English; the senior staff member was unfriendly. The manicure itself was messy. Plus, Regal Nails does not accept a charge card. The debit machine was malfunctioning and I needed to get cash back at Walmart at POS. I will not be returning to get a manicure here.
