I have been going to this spa and salon for years. It actually blows my mind that someone could give this business a bad review. The customer service is over the top and even being a regular, I am greeted with not only acknowledgement but a smile every time I am there. It is by far the best services and display of professionalism in Orillia. Keep up the good work!

After going to other spas for facials, it made me realize that I did not have a good experience. I waited 20minutes for my appointment which was frustrating. For treatments that needed to sit on my face, I was left in the room. Other spas would give arm, hand, neck and face massages which really made the service more enjoyable. I also was under a lot of pressure to purchase their skin care line. I left not feeling very good about the appointment. I spent a lot of money on the service and did not receive the quality.

I have been going to this spa and salon for years. It actually blows my mind that someone could give this business a bad review. The customer service is over the top and even being a regular, I am greeted with not only acknowledgement but a smile every time I am there. It is by far the best services and display of professionalism in Orillia. Keep up the good work!

After going to other spas for facials, it made me realize that I did not have a good experience. I waited 20minutes for my appointment which was frustrating. For treatments that needed to sit on my face, I was left in the room. Other spas would give arm, hand, neck and face massages which really made the service more enjoyable. I also was under a lot of pressure to purchase their skin care line. I left not feeling very good about the appointment. I spent a lot of money on the service and did not receive the quality.
