Owners have changed recently and I was not happy with my pedicure and the pushy attitude of the tech. They try to detour you from what you want to do with your hands and feet. I feel that for them if it’s too much work they try to detour you to do it their way or go with what is less work for them. I was told I had to pay an extra 5$ for the specific pedicure I wanted and then also had to pay an extra 5$ to remove the shellac of my old pedicure. They offer it and then charge you well for shellac then charge you to take it off again. What a rip off!! My pedicure was garbage. My 10 year old could have done a better job in all honesty. I mean it was horrible. The technicians are always throwing extra costs before working on the customer. They keep saying their busy and only have 2-3 techs to work on customers at a time. Not enough to keep up with customer demand. Oh let’s not forget there’s no point in booking an appointment when they’ll just call you to change it to a later time then when you do, their still busy and asking you to wait 40 min to an hour. Horrible horrible service. This place isn’t the same. I miss the old owner and technicians :( come back!!!!! I will be looking for a new place to get my manicures and pedicures done for sure. Went into get a perdircure, the towel she used with dirty and used. They had no sanitary tools, the ladies working were not friendly and had multiple interruptions where the lady doing my nails had to do something else... Im never going to be coming back here Read Less

I just left this salon and my automatic thought was to make a review. I had a great experience, the girl that did my nails was awesome. She was really educated and nice to me, talkative and young. It’s hard for me to find someone I like and I really liked how she did my nails. She listened and did exactly what I wanted. I will be back to see her from now on. I went and waited 5 minutes at the door with no one in front of me to be greeted. Then my nails have little hairs all throughout the polish. I paid extra for a manicure and my cuticles didn't even get pushed down. I asked for it as well and the girl didn't listen. Also half way through my nails she just got up and took a phone call, then proceeded to do a ladies eyebrows...... Absolutely ridiculous and my nails look HORRIBLE. I asked for her to take the hairs out as well and she re did one nail. I was so sick of waiting for this girl to come back to the table to finish and was sick of asking her to do the right thing I just left it. My 30$ shellac manicure wasn't even worth a penny. I have been to several different nail salons around town and USA nails is my favorite! Steve and Jeanette are so friendly and do the best job, in my opinion. I usually go there for pedicures and lip and eyebrow waxing. I've been coming here for a little over a year now and will continue to drive here from Centerville, where I just moved. Read Less
