My mum and I have been loyal customers since the first week they opened up! I cannot begin to explain the exceptional service they provide at Embrace. Not only have they stayed opened well passed business hours to accommodate myself and my bridesmaids for my wedding but they have also taken their time and reassured me that it was alright and I never felt uncomfortable or rushed the entire time. Hannah is wonderful, I wont get my brows done by anybody else since I've met her! Nancy, Tom and Steven are so kind, friendly and great technicians! This review is well overdue and after so many years, countless visits for multiple different services I definitely give them the highest rating! Advice would be to book an appointment in advance because they get really busy. It is clean and they are friendly and helpful with suggestions. I have always been told in advance if anything was going to be an extra charge (design on a nail, special nail polish etc). The Ogden shop is awesome!! I went to the mall 2 weeks ago and the guy there was horrible!!! He had the black powder over my skin and then yelled at me when he ripped the cord from the wall on the dryer and messed up my nails....long story short I won’t go there anymore....So I went to Davi for the “fill” they did amazing!!! She made all my nails the same width and length no powder sealed over my skin there and I didn’t even have to ask for her to fix that guys mess up!!! I haven been getting my nails done at this place for approximately 2 years now. They have gone from being the best place in Orangeville, to the worst. Just recently, I had gotten a pedicure, which was barely a pedicure. They did not even clean my nails or clean my cuticles. They just washed my feet and scrubbed the bottom of it. and then they charged my for a full pedicure. I did not say anything because they speak very loud and I did not want to embarrass them. When I went back to get a change of shellac colour, the person I had was in a rush, so my nails did not turn out the way I wanted them to, furthermore, they charged me more than usual. Everytime I go, they always over book, your appointment time does not matter, because you are always waiting and then when they fall behind, your nails will show how much of a rush they were in. They dont like when you ask them to show you what a colour looks like, because its wasting their time. It seems as though everytime you have a suggestion for them, they shut it down and when you insist on having whatever it is done, they get upset. I think they need to stop over booking and start looking at the quality of their work. Today I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. The technician I had was very nice. When I first got there i showed her a picture of the shape I wanted my nails to be. I asked if she was sure she’d be able to do them that way and she assured me that she could. I love the colour, but the shape is not at all what I asked for. Definitely not worth $60.....Also, apparently I’d you use debit you get charged an extra $10, so it was actually $70. I’m happy with the service but disappointed in the nails themselves :/ if I’m spending $70 on acrylics they should look spectacular and at least be in the shape I asked for....not “just okay”. I'll start with what I liked, my nails did turn out super cute However.... When they used the dremel they used it on my skin (probably not intentional) and I was bleeding. After coming home I knowtist some areas where swollen too. My nails where glued to my skin, which is easy to occur I get that. But after them telling me it won't take long at all and then sitting for 2 hours I got impation real quick. I've been getting pedi's and shellac mani's at Embrace for a couple of years now, and they are always amazing, shellac easily lasts for 3 weeks. No matter what technician's are working, they always do a great job, detail oriented, super friendly and on point pricing. They are quite busy, so make sure you call and make an appointment! Called to say i was going to be 20 minutes late and was told it was ok, got there 20 minutes late and the lady was screaming infront of everyone that she couldnt take me as we were too late. Made me feel awkward, uncomfortable and really mad. Super unprofessional as no apology or reschedule was even made or attempted. Will never use this nail salon ever again. Read Less

Don't waste your time or $ here. I left the store after over 2hrs with lumpy acrylic nails and that's even after i made them redo half the nails because they were done horribly! The first lady apparently couldn't make them straight to save her life and the second lady made them lumpy. OMG 😲 another lady getting her nails done was saying she was going to report them. I have been contemplating posting this but with some deep thought I have decided to. On June 4th I went to the Ogden location for a full set the lady who done my nails was on video chat with a friend the whole time totally unprofessional right OK well I could have got past that until she cut my cuticle and I screeched out and she gave me a dirty look and continued doing them with my finger bleeding, I asked for a star which she done sloppy even when I told her it was she said its OK and stuck her hand out for payment I paid her and left I didn't want to be a nagging customer until I woke up with my finger blistered the next day it's almost two weeks later and barely healing. I love this salon, though it may be in Wal-Mart....they do great work, they get you in quick and they always do what I want! You should try them, they also have punch cards so after getting so many fills, sets, pedi's, mani's or what have you. You get a free one. Read Less

The Ogden salon is great. Khan did my nails. Ive had them for 30 days and they look brand new still. I want to go get them done again but you cant tell there is growth because they use crystal clear acrylic. They still look perfect. You get to choose what color powder you want. Clear tips clear acrylic. Very natural looking.The people actually talk with you! Read Less

I had my nails done at the Riverdale location and the ladies ther Wer rude and did a terrible job. The shape was wrong the design I wanted was chevron and not one of them could do it!! Thn thy still charged me a ridiculous amount because thy said white tips are less thn getting the all over polish. I will never go back Read Less
